Better than advertised! We booked Antlers Point 1 based solely on the location! They stated it is right on the Fall River and is their most private condo. The pictures on the website made it look a little less updated than other condos with older furniture and a mismatch of decoration. It has been updated!!!! There is a new leather loveseat, new carpet and tables. It is a really cute and cozy condo! King size bed was comfortable and it had everything you need to relax! This is a must stay location while in Estes Park!

We stayed here July 8 - 14 Bugle Point 6. On arrival I inspected our condo and found a number of things that were broken. I made a list and turned it into the office. They asked if I wanted any of it fixed, which I declined because I didn't want work going on while I was on vacation. All these issues should have been addressed before our arrival. I was not impressed with housekeeping at all. We noticed what looked like dried milk on the bottom shelf of the coffee table which was there during our entire stay. This only made us question the cleanliness of the entire condo. We bought Clorox wipes to wipe down the countertops, the table and chairs. The spot on the coffee table became somewhat of a game, to see if it would be there when we returned. It was still there when we left. On the other hand, when we needed help with our hot tub after hours. I sent a quick email and had someone there ready to help within the hour. That is an excellent review on issue response. We started out with enough towels so everyone could have two, one to shower and one for the hot tub. After the first time we let Service come in they only left enough for everyone to have one. The grill is the cheapest, smallest possible and was not clean. I consider this an extension of the kitchen and should be as clean as a kitchen. I really like the location and was otherwise happy but in the Rockies how could you let this bring you down. The following list is what I sent to the office on arrival. Kitchen 1) Upper Corner Cabinet Door hinge is loose. 2) Refrigerator bottom drawer is broken. Down Stair Bedroom 1) Dresser Drawer front is broken Living Area 1) Couch cushion has hole in seam 2) DVD player remote missing battery cover 3) Sliding door missing a few blinds Up Stair Bedroom 1) Window shade doesn't have a draw string 2) Plug outlet beside bed, top plug does not work. 3) Ceiling fan is dirty Deck 1) Hot Tub has grass in it. 2) Hot Tub some of the jets aren't working Again, for the amount we paid I felt these issues should have been addressed prior to our arrival. The only thing the Condos offered was to maybe fix something. I would not stay here again as there are plenty of other Condos in the area that are top quality.

Great place to stay. Make sure they put hot water in your hot tub or you will have to wait 24 hrs to use it. They did give us a discount on the first night because of it, but we were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub and enjoying our first night in Estes. We could hear other people enjoying their hot tubs which made it sting a little more. All in all.....not a bad place to stay.

3 days up here was not nearly enough. Clean units with private hot tub. Scenery and views are great. We will definitely be back, maybe for the winter season?

Stayed in Antlers Pointe #4 over the first weekend in November for my girlfriend's birthday. The office staff were very friendly and personable when we arrived and we felt very welcomed. It was a great space, impeccably clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable, and wonderful views. We took full advantage of the kitchen, the only complaint would be that they need a good kitchen knife in the drawers, but we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. The unit has an amazingly comfortable king size bed, a gas fireplace, 2 tv's with cable, and full kitchen. It also has a private hot tub, which we spent each night out soaking in the heat and watching the stars. It's in a great location with the creek running along the front of the cabins and just 1 mile from the entrance to Rocky Mountain national forest. We were greeted at our unit by a big old elk that was munching on some dried leaves and blocking the doorway! We decided he was our trip's spirit animal and we saw him several times each day, Great spot and we are definitely planning a return trip.

It's right on the river, so in the evening you can sit on the back deck and listen to the water - love. Be sure to look for deer footprints in the backyard - that was really neat. The beds are comfy - I ended up in one of the twin beds and slept like a baby! It's blissfully quiet and comfortably warm. The owners have obviously put in a lot of love, it shows and you can feel it when you walk in. Having a full kitchen (totally equipped) was super helpful too. It is dog friendly - remember not to let your poochie out on their own, lots of wildlife around. And clean up after your pooch! We went horseback riding at Elkhorn Stables right around the corner (literally less than a mile!), cruised through RMNP (five minutes away - I forgot my camera lens and we could turn around and go back because it was so close!), enjoyed a flight at Rock Cut Brewery, had the most amazing tacos & margs at Ed's Cantina, and found the most incredible cinnamon rolls right down the road. This is the ideal location to get downtown or get back up to RMNP in no time. You can take the "back entrance" into Rocky Mountain National Park, skipping a lot of the lines to get in. Can't wait to come back!

They have adjoining rooms and those are newer and in a more quiet area of the property. Their continental breakfast is pretty good. They have free movie popcorn and DVD rentals. They also have a pool and hot tub but we have never used them. They also have a small playground. Again, it's great for families. We have been to Murphy's with kids/teens a few times and it's been pretty good. Close to gear rental (Estes Park Mountain Shop) and close to the main grocery store: Safeway. Also close to McDonald's, Starbucks, Subway and Jimmy John's. Also near the Estes Park Visitors Center. Further from RMNP (about 25-30 minutes) The bad: I decided to book this place for an Anniversary and that was a huge mistake. First, I booked through their website instead of Booking.com since that is better for their business.. I put in the special instructions that we wanted their best King Room for our anniversary. Rates were high despite it being a slow weekend and on booking.com they had lots of open king rooms. We ended up in one of their older rooms which faced the main road. Bathroom sink didn't drain, found hair on the sink. After flushing toilet, it would continue to run. The bed was too soft and hurt our backs. The back of our place faced a busy road. Lots of noise between the walls with the neighbors next door and kids running and screaming outside. Also, their internet was sooo SLOW. If you are coming here to do any work, forget it. We had terrible service most of the time. Wasn't able to use any apps like Netflix, Disney + etc. Pretty old school TV's. For the price we paid, it wasn't worthy of the rate and I wished we had gone somewhere else for a great couple experience. Again, for families, this place is awesome, for couples, I would look elsewhere.
