The location CANNIT be beat! This was our 3rd stay in the cabins but 1th in #5. Each one is owned independently but managed. #5 definitely not my favorite- the kitchen was smaller than others ( counter space wise) and the carpet edge was bare with staples/ nails up all along the edge when you went from the couch area to kitchen area so always watch where your stepping. The hot tub jets worked a little bit but not all of them. Enjoyed the fireplace. Tge bedriom with tte cushy chair was very nice and plenty of comforters. The bathroom was clean and great water pressure. We did search for the hot tub towels but located then under the bathroom sink. We asked for more coffee at the office and no problem at all. In addition they let us have late check out which was greatly appreciated... yiu cannit beat the view and sound of Fall River. read more

Overview: We were a party of 6 and we stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend '18. We did the booking in advance through Expedia so no hassle of last minute booking etc. We were allocated Condo B which was right by the river and that was a major plus, the sound of the river was so so soothing and made the stay a lot better than we expected. The Condo structure goes as follows: -A living room with a TV, sofa, and electric fireplace. -A kitchen with all the appliances like microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine etc, all flatware, and tableware was available too. They had also given some complimentary supplies like popcorn, coffee, etc. -The 1st floor had a room with a king size bed and a big bathroom. -The second floor had a loft-like room with another queen bed and a bathroom attached. - The front deck had a table and some chairs to sit out. Pros: The place was very well kept and the location was just perfect. They had given all the facilities like you would have at your own home. The kitchen was stocked with day to day tools we use so you could do anything you can do at home. We checked out 2 hours late and they also accommodated that without any issues. Cons: Their linen could have been a bit newer I feel, I don't know since when they are using it. Service: We just had to put the service tag out of the door and the service ladies would come and clean the floor, make the bed, replace towels and take out the trash so we came back to a clean home every day of our stay. In-all: This is a great place to stay if you are in Estes Park, it's close to everything the city has to offer and to the Rockys as well. read more

We've been going to Estes Park for years and this year, we stumbled upon Estes Park Condos. There were many different options, so we picked one that would accommodate us the best. We're a family of four with a three year old and 18 month old. When we arrived over Thanksgiving week, winter weather was already in full mode. As soon as we got to our room, the heat was preadjusted, so we could not turn it up any higher. We had a fireplace, but soon realized the fireplace would not turn on to provide heat. We quickly called the office who sent maintenance to our room. After attempting to get it working, the maintenance man said he would need to get a part from the local hardware store, but the store was not currently open. So he brought us a total of three space heaters for our condo. Having the heaters throughout the condo were not only a tripping hazard for everyone, but we had to constantly watch our little ones who were trying to touch them. After a cold night, the maintenance man showed back up the next day and worked for a long time before finally stating he was unable to get the fireplace working and a professional would need to be contacted. A short time later, someone from the office contacted us and said we could move rooms. So, they gave us another room, however, it was set up differently than our first room. We picked our first room because it was one level and we didn't have to worry about our kids going up and down stairs. Our new condo not only had stairs but also had a smaller kitchen and smaller main bedroom. The person from the office, who never gave their name, called and said we would talk about a discount to the rate that was already paid for due to the trouble of having to move and being without heat for our first couple of nights. We were told to call the phone number that the office worker called from. We got back home Monday the following week and reached out. Between Monday-Friday the following week, my wife and I called approximately 15 times. When I finally called the office phone number, a younger office employee said that each condo is owned separately and that he did not deal with refund issues. When I explained we have tried calling the number we were told to several times, he stated all of the condo owners had been on vacation in Mexico the week before and they were "just settling back in." This was Friday mind you the following week. We never received a call back after all of the messages we had left. We will definitely not be going back to Estes Park Condos and I would not recommend them. read more

Update: We received an apology after our reviews were written two or three days later. Also there was an offer of a free night in the future. Thank you, but because no contact was made until my reviews, we will not be staying with Estes Park Condos again. However, I will upgrade to 3 stars. We would have posted a 5-star review for our two-night stay if our second night had not been nearly sleepless. We stayed in unit number 17 (a very nice well appointed unit) which is below another unit. On Saturday January 16 through Sunday January 17th at 4:30 am the occupants immediately above us made continuous loud (party type) noises, with running, jumping, and slamming of doors, along with loud music. There was a curious pause between 1:30 am and 4:00 am which allowed some fitful sleep. I had already called the management emergency number at about 10:40 pm Saturday night but only reached a recording. I left a message requesting management to have these occupants abide by the noise rules, but nothing was done, and I received no feedback or acknowledgement of my call. From my perspective their noise rules are not only unenforced but unacknowledged as well. I notified management again today, but am yet to see whether or not return business is even important to them. We are not looking for a monetary return - but an apology is certainly in order. read more

Better than advertised! We booked Antlers Point 1 based solely on the location! They stated it is right on the Fall River and is their most private condo. The pictures on the website made it look a little less updated than other condos with older furniture and a mismatch of decoration. It has been updated!!!! There is a new leather loveseat, new carpet and tables. It is a really cute and cozy condo! King size bed was comfortable and it had everything you need to relax! This is a must stay location while in Estes Park! read more

Estes Park Condos on Fall River A one star rating deserves an explanation. We were part of a large family reunion which generated roughly $14,000 in revenues over our 4 day stay. My family of four adults requested and received guaranteed reservations allowing us to reside in one of their many buildings to spend the four days together. There are four units to a buildings so this plan fit our needs perfectly. These arrangements were made on April 13, 2016, during a physical inspection of the property, more than a year ahead of time. It was all set and we had the reservation and rooms guaranteed in writing and put down over $2,000 deposit at that time. My wife and I were guaranteed an upgraded ground-floor room with a Jacuzzi. Upon checking in July 13, 2017, our adult son and we had been reassigned to units 20 and 21 over 100 yards away from our two daughters assigned units 5 and 9. We had also been reassigned to a 2 bedroom unit without Jacuzzi which we did not want nor need, to an older, yet to be upgraded, unit also with intermittent Wi-Fi. Basically they had our money, and a lot of it, and we were screwed. When asked about the reassignment of rooms, one response was some units had been sold to a timeshare or something like that. When asking another employee, the story was radically different. They said there was nothing they could do and apologized as they charged the balance of funds due on our credit card. We had no recourse and they knew it. No doubt someone came after our earlier visit and demanded the upgraded units promised to us so we were shoved out. Would I recommend Estes Park Condos? Absolutely not! You cannot trust them. There are a lot of options in and around Estes Park, why not pick someone honest? read more

We stayed here July 8 - 14 Bugle Point 6. On arrival I inspected our condo and found a number of things that were broken. I made a list and turned it into the office. They asked if I wanted any of it fixed, which I declined because I didn't want work going on while I was on vacation. All these issues should have been addressed before our arrival. I was not impressed with housekeeping at all. We noticed what looked like dried milk on the bottom shelf of the coffee table which was there during our entire stay. This only made us question the cleanliness of the entire condo. We bought Clorox wipes to wipe down the countertops, the table and chairs. The spot on the coffee table became somewhat of a game, to see if it would be there when we returned. It was still there when we left. On the other hand, when we needed help with our hot tub after hours. I sent a quick email and had someone there ready to help within the hour. That is an excellent review on issue response. We started out with enough towels so everyone could have two, one to shower and one for the hot tub. After the first time we let Service come in they only left enough for everyone to have one. The grill is the cheapest, smallest possible and was not clean. I consider this an extension of the kitchen and should be as clean as a kitchen. I really like the location and was otherwise happy but in the Rockies how could you let this bring you down. The following list is what I sent to the office on arrival. Kitchen 1) Upper Corner Cabinet Door hinge is loose. 2) Refrigerator bottom drawer is broken. Down Stair Bedroom 1) Dresser Drawer front is broken Living Area 1) Couch cushion has hole in seam 2) DVD player remote missing battery cover 3) Sliding door missing a few blinds Up Stair Bedroom 1) Window shade doesn't have a draw string 2) Plug outlet beside bed, top plug does not work. 3) Ceiling fan is dirty Deck 1) Hot Tub has grass in it. 2) Hot Tub some of the jets aren't working Again, for the amount we paid I felt these issues should have been addressed prior to our arrival. The only thing the Condos offered was to maybe fix something. I would not stay here again as there are plenty of other Condos in the area that are top quality. read more

I'm just going to start by saying this place blew away our expectations. We stayed here 3 nights in early June. Started out as two and were lucky they had availability for us to extend a night because we didn't want to leave. We chose the Bungalow which was a little pricey when all was said and done but I liked the idea of the indoor wood burning fireplace, the private hot tub and the privacy being across the river over your own private bridge. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin itself was huge and very clean. We had everything we could possibly need in a fully stocked kitchen, tons of firewood to burn, bed was really comfortable, hot tub was clean and nice. Sitting near the river having a cold beer after a day of hiking was magical. I could go on and on. The one funky thing I realized was this is actually a space they use as a rental for like weddings and parties etc. which is why I believe everything is so big but hey that's a benefit right? Also the Wifi was terrible. I would need to sit about halfway over the bridge to get service and even that was spotty but honestly even in downtown Estes service was pretty terrible so I think it just is what it is. location was not bad. just a few minute drive to the north entrance of RMNP and maybe a 10 minute drive to downtown restaurants, shops etc. I'll take the drive to get the seclusion that's for sure. If I was ever back in the area. I would not hesitate to choose this place again. read more

Spontaneous weekend getaway. Estes Park Condos did not disappoint. This place is even more magical than the website makes it seem! Staff was very accommodating with out late check in. We stayed at Antlers Point, private hot tub, grill, fireplace, HBO, dvd player, full bathroom and full kitchen. A weekend is not enough!! We will be back very soon when it warms up and will definitely take advantage of Rocky Mountain National Park being 1 mile down the road. read more

Great place to stay. Make sure they put hot water in your hot tub or you will have to wait 24 hrs to use it. They did give us a discount on the first night because of it, but we were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub and enjoying our first night in Estes. We travel to Estes Park regularly for pleasure & work. These are by far the best condos/cabins out there. A bit more on the price side but so worth it for what you get. Every one we have stayed in has a fireplace, deck overlooking the river, jacuzzi. We love the private hot tubs. The kids love being able to check out movies, fish, & play board games all for free complements of the house. It's really the only way to experience what Estes Park has to offer. read more

I've never heard more noises in a lodge/hotel/condo/rental in my life! It's was super tough trying to sleep with all of the noises. Refridgerators, pipes, and window seals were some of the annoying sounds. I was lucky enough to have someone walk in with a key that worked at night! The front desk gave him the wrong key... Good stuff, DVD players in every room. The have a hot tub and grills that work. read more

Stayed in Antlers Pointe #4 over the first weekend in November for my girlfriend's birthday. The office staff were very friendly and personable when we arrived and we felt very welcomed. It was a great space, impeccably clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable, and wonderful views. We took full advantage of the kitchen, the only complaint would be that they need a good kitchen knife in the drawers, but we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. The unit has an amazingly comfortable king size bed, a gas fireplace, 2 tv's with cable, and full kitchen. It also has a private hot tub, which we spent each night out soaking in the heat and watching the stars. It's in a great location with the creek running along the front of the cabins and just 1 mile from the entrance to Rocky Mountain national forest. We were greeted at our unit by a big old elk that was munching on some dried leaves and blocking the doorway! We decided he was our trip's spirit animal and we saw him several times each day, Great spot and we are definitely planning a return trip. read more

We were only staying in Estes Park for one night so we had to wait until day of to find a cabin. We originally looked at another property but weren't impressed. Estes park condos was our next stop and the front desk attendants were great. Let us look at two different rooms and two different price points. We chose cabin 13 because it was so cute and homey! I loved how close our balcony was to the river and the cute seating out by the water. I think it's amazing that you can rent movies and fishing equipment from the front desk. The bed was HEAVENLY, I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow! I was also really impressed that the kitchen was FULLY stocked. Everything you could need was there, including a blender, mixer, toaster, and small dishwasher! We will definitely be back and with our little boys in tow! The owners refuse to take any responsibility for the issues in their cabin. We are previous customers but will definitely not be recommending these condos now. The office staff and maintenance were great and very attentive but when the owner refuses to do anything let alone respond then there is not much they can do unfortunately. Very disappointed in the lack of response from the owners, very bad business practice on their part. After some time and communication errors, we finally heard back from the condo owner/manager and the situation was solved. Like I said the office staff and maintenance were great and had no issues with them, always coming when we called even if it was 11pm with a smile on their face. read more

almost broke my hip on a very slippery rug, rug pads are very cheap at hardware and rug stores and it seems like a big oversight and a real hazard to have extremely slippery rugs on a hardwood floor. if i was elderly and had weak bones i would have surely broken something. my other biggest complaint is that they put padlocks on the already heatproof dumpsters. this results in guests putting their trash bags on top of the dumpsters and animals getting into them. as as the trash blowing in the wind. the parking lot was covered in trash which i cleaned up because i was so bothered by seeing the birds eating the trash. when i complained to the staff at the front desk they seemed completely unbothered and told me they would keep them locked because of neighbors using the dumpsters on occasion. the area is filled with beautiful wildlife and their lack of respect for it is frankly appalling. read more

Great location - just far enough out of town that you feel secluded, close enough that it takes all of 5 minutes to drive in. Had the 2 br with hot tub, and it was fantastic. Quiet, private, and cozy. Full kitchen with everything you'd need, DVD's to 'rent' in the office, and the hot tub, let's be real. It was great. Minor fluke in that the lights in the hot tub didn't work, so it was super dark at night when we were using it, but it was great. Definitely can't wait to stay again. read more

We booked three nights in a Antlers Point one bedroom cabin. The only problem with our stay is that we didn't book a full week. Beautifully done cabin, beautiful location, well maintained, clean. Its hard to top sitting in a private hot tub, within 30' of the river. Gas fireplace, full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and frig. King bed with a great mattress. Gas grill outside each cabin. There is a TV in the bedroom and the living room, and DVD player...we never turned on either TV, why would you, with the river and mountains at your door? Wireless Internet service was good in and around the cabin...which was important, because data on our Verizon phones was seriously crippled in Estes Park. No traffic noise. No car headlights at night. The office staff was pleasant and efficient. read more

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and we loved it. We stayed at Antler's Pointe and it was everything we expected - clean, quiet, and cozy. We liked the décor, it makes you feel like you are right at home. The kitchen had everything would need to cook. Our condo was right on the river and we both caught fish. The place is literally minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park. The hot tub was very relaxing after spending all day hiking and sight seeking. I honestly have no complaints. read more

Really excellent. The service was very friendly and helpful. The condo was wonderful, with comfortable bed and furnishings and a well stocked (plates, utensils, kitchen gadgets) kitchen. Having the option to cook or grill and stay made it that much easier to get your money's worth and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The river flowing by the front door was so relaxing and the benches and gazebo were set up to allow for maximum enjoyment. We spotted a doe and fawn out the back window when we arrived and it set the tone for the lovely stay. The hot tub was a great plus. Really wonderful and I hope to go back! read more

We stayed 4 nights in a lofted, 2-bedroom condo. The views of the river were beautiful and the accommodations were very nice. It's a wonderful, quiet location. It's also only 2-miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance, which was our main attraction--the location couldn't be beat! Beware that the kitchens are very small--definitely doable but small. There also isn't a dining area in the 2-bedroom condo, so you have to hope the weather is nice enough to eat on the deck. Some of our window coverings had some problems and the deck door was difficult to open/close--minor issues. We also took advantage of the movie library--2 were perfect but one of the movies was a weird burned/bootlegged copy. The staff was also very helpful when our DVD player didn't work one night. read more

The evening that we checked out of out cabin I realized that we left several pieces of clothing in our closet of our cabin. I called that night when we got home I got the answering machine. I did not get a call back. I tried to call again on Monday and missed the office. They closed at 5. I left another message and did not get a call back. I waited until 10 am this morning 11/27 and they still did not call me back. I called again and spoke with Deana I explained the situation. We left brand new clothing in the closet by accident that had the tags on it. She said she would check into the matter. I had not heard back from her so I called again. I never raised my voice I asked where are items were. She said I was being rude and was a terrible person. She was working on this all day. I said I am not being rude to you. I would like are garments. She then hung up on me. I called back Twice and both times she hung up on me. I have never been treated like this by any place we have ever stayed. We travel a LOT Paying 607.00 for two nights and then have our items stolen and then hung up on. NOT OK!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! read more

Just got back from a girls trip to Colorado. We stayed here for two nights and loved the condo...it felt more like a cabin. The creek is located steps from the porch and the sound was awesome to hear while falling asleep. Location is very woodsy and has a nature feel. We saw elk on the mountain while relaxing on the porch which was pretty amazing. The staff seemed a bit snobbish on the phone when we made our arrangements but were very friendly and helpful in person once we got there. The only downside to this place was the noise coming from the closet in the master bedroom. Apparently the jacuzzi pump/motor is under that floor and it was impossible to get a good nights sleep unless you actually flip the switch in the fuse box to turn it off. This switch also shut the power to he entire master bedroom so was a bit inconvenient. Luckily I was in the upstairs bedroom so it was one of my travel buddies that had to deal with it :) read more
