If you decide to deal with this company and hire them, I would make sure that you understand completely when Dakota schedules your appointment. I was told the technician would be at my home at 2 PM. By 2:25 PM, no one had shown up. I called and asked what time the technician would arrive and they told me he was about 10 minutes out. I was told I was given a window of time between 1 PM and 3 PM. I was not given a window of time. I was given a specific time of 2 PM. Dakota will not take accountability for her mistakes. She will blame it on the customer. Dakota told me she pulled the call record from our phone call when the appointment was set and that she heard herself give me a window of time. Then in the next sentence told me that outgoing calls are not recorded. So which is it? Spoke with Justin the GM and that didn't go well either. Apparently I was hostile. Well anybody would be hostile if they were called a liar. He does not take feedback about his employees or his business. He will defend them to the end. He says that Dakota is "perfect" at what she does. I am extremely organized so when I have appointments lined up, I know exactly what time I need to be there for that appointment. I know for a fact, I did not make a mistake about my 2 PM appointment. I know for a fact, I was not given any sort of window of time. When talking to Justin, he asked me if I had the call recorded. I explained to him that I am just a customer I shouldn't have to record the calls. But since he is a business, he should have the call recorded. He told me that I am not a customer because I'm just a tenant and my property manager is the customer. He is extremely rude and he does not care about any feedback regarding his office or staff. It seems they think they can treat people however they want if you're just a tenant and not a homeowner. Very disgusting behavior. He will talk down to you and not take into consideration what you have to say. He does not care about the customer. Yes I am a customer weather Justin thinks so or not.

My wife noticed rusty water dripping from the bottom of our new water heater one day. Andy quickly diagnosed this not as a leaking water heater, but instead a poorly done installation that was leaking from the flex line connection at the hot water outlet on the top of the water heater. The leaking water was dripping down into the water heater and coming out the bottom. Unfortunately for us, the installation was only warranted for one year. Andy replaced both flex lines and also adjusted the outlet line to remove a tight loop that the original installer had put in. He also replaced the soldered connections with threaded nipples, so when the next water heater is installed, no soldering is required.

It cost me $4K to fix the shoddy work he did. He installed 4 mini splits in my home in Boulder…read morethree years ago. The very first night, water poured out of one of them. Another one wouldn't turn on and he told me that was normal and I just needed to flip the breaker in the electrical panel a few times whenever I wanted to turn it on. Within a couple of years, two of the mini split units had pulled several inches away from the wall and looked as though they might fall. I asked him to fix them and he put me off for two months, saying he'd be there that day and then not showing. I gave him several opportunities to fix the problems and he finally just ghosted me. I had two other companies give me second opinions and ended up hiring one of them to do the repairs and they discovered just how shoddy the original work had been. Drain lines were spliced together, kinked and sagging, which accounted for the leaking units. The electrical lines were spliced together and interrupted with a random junction box. The electrical connections in the condenser had barely been tightened down which was why the unit often wouldn't turn on. Refrigerant was leaking at the floor fittings in the condenser. The head units had been secured with only two screws each, into drywall with no anchors. No wonder they had come loose. Save yourself the hassle and don't go for the cheapest bid out there.
