Looking for master bathroom lights and mirrors. Walking into the store we were greeted and directed to the lights we were interested in. Spent 15 minutes looking. No one came to see if we needed help. Three employees, no customers except us and they couldn't be bothered. All staring at computer screens. It's really awkward and I'd rather just leave. I would not have posted, but this happened when I bought out door lights! I had to wait at the counter until someone finally offered to help. We were literally ignored. I spent over $2,500 (not much, but enough that you would think they'd show some interest). Loved the quality and why we came back. My guess is they work on large remodels or new construction and spend most of their time and effort working on large quotes. On the way out the door a women lifted her head up and asked if we had a question ...too little too late Go somewhere else

As we know, it is not a given. We have all been frustrated with no-shows, jobs not being done right, overcharging and the like. It can be a real crap shoot out there until you have a good network of professionals. You can be sure that when you hire R&B, with Kyle in charge, your job will be done on time, at the price quoted, and with the quality you would expect. He even moved schedules to accommodate a request that I had to get done quickly. I did not talk to Rebecca and did not get the name of the lady I talked to. She told me they have not received them. I told her I wanted to cancel because of the poor customer service. I briefly explained the lack of communication as mentioned above. No apologies, but I was NOW told the lights take up to 6 weeks to get. I said I wanted to cancel anyway and reiterated my reasons. I was told I would receive a call back the same day from Rebecca to cancel the order and get a refund. To this day I have not received a call. This is the worst service ever. UPDATE: Received a call from the owner. He said they will refund my money. We shall see. The most disturbing is the owner thinks I was mostly upset about how long the fixture delivery is taking. He obviously did not read the letter I sent him. Though it is not a favored situation, it was more about NO communication. NOT once did I ever receive a call back as they promised. That was the real issue I had. I will keep you posted on the refund. Any bets? !!

We are now ready for the install (Feb 2022) and they called to say the stove and beverage refrigerator are on back order....how is that possible when they were already in and paid for more than a year ago??? She then tried to tell me that they didn't have enough warehouse space so instead of calling us to ask us to pick it up they sell it to someone else.....oh, and keep our money (~$50k). My builder informed me of this and I call them and they said they were able to get the stove from another order...like that was a favor for me. However, the beverage refrigerator is not on back order, it has been discontinued. So we already have custom cabinets that have been built and installed for this size refrigerator....which they are now trying to figure out. I don't write reviews very often, but this is just outright fraud. They take my money, order and receive my equipment, then sell it to someone else without me knowing or refunding my money. Sadly we have to now resort to more formal remediation options which aren't good for either party. Obviously I don't recommend this company!
