Our first trip there was good and we got good service. After that, not so much. When they came to install our appliances, the dishwasher, dryer and fridge were all broken. Second dryer had a dent. They kept telling us the fridge not working was probably user error. When we convinced them it wasn't working, they at first wanted us to wait until they got someone out there to look at it which would be a week or so. We told them we could not be in a new house without a working fridge so they did bring out one for us to use. When the repair man came out to look at it, they ended up scraping it because they couldn't fix it. Finally got a working fridge later. We felt like we were at a scratch and dent store and not a high quality one.

There was a decent selection of gently used washer and dryers, many were even matching sets. The owner was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us find something dependable. They delivered for a very reasonable fee and were easy to work with. When our washer stopped spinning, they honored our warranty and repaired our machine. They even gave us a loaner while it was being worked on. They went above and beyond to take care of us and we truly appreciated it! We paid for them to install everything including hoses and dryer duct, however they failed to do so. They to this day haven't refunded us for that. We left on vacation the next day and when we came back and started up the dryer for its first use it screeched worse than nails on a chalkboard! They returned to our home to service the dryer a week after contact, suspiciously with the exact parts needed to fix it without ever having seen it to troubleshoot... The dryer received new rollers. They were also asked to change out the dial as it was nearly seized and took brute force to move it for selections. It worked fine for a few weeks then.... it didn't..it completely stopped working. They now show up to our home mind you for the third time in less than 2 months of ownership of these gently used, refurbished like "new", only cosmetic! appliances. Great Salesman they are but follow through is lackluster and like a bad night alone on NYE leaves you wanting.. Anyways they sent out the serviceman again with a new motherboard to get the dryer back up and running. Well all was fine as you may be guessing for a few more weeks, but here we are again and ALAS! more issues. Save your sanity as their customer service is horrid. No one contacted me within that timeframe, so I waited an extra day and called myself. Only then was I told it was finished. The knife came back with a burr on the tip that I had to remove on my own. A sharpening service should inspect their work and handle basic finishing before returning the knife. The knife was damaged, and nothing was mentioned to me. It looks like a mechanical sharpening tool was used, and it left a noticeable gouge in the finish. This is a $250 Benchmade pocket knife that was essentially like new. Overall, I'm very disappointed. The communication was poor, the knife wasn't ready when promised, the finishing work was subpar, and they damaged an expensive knife without acknowledging it. I only noticed the damage when I got home. While the knife still functions, it's extremely frustrating to have your property damaged and not be informed.

When they ask for your credit card and tell you that it's only for the $105 diagnostic, do not…read morebelieve them. I got charged an extra $100 for labor that I never authorized. I was told I would get a call once the diagnostic was done and I would be given a choice on how to proceed. I got a call after the job was done and told it's an extra $100 for labor to remove food from the dishwasher hose. I would have never agreed to the $100 charge because I can do that myself. It's an easy job. When I asked why they didn't call me first, the repairman said he wasn't sure that was the problem. He only figured out that it was the problem after he fixed it. Doesn't that sound like a diagnostic? When I complained about the $100 extra labor charge because he didn't call me to authorize it, I was told that I should feel lucky that he was able to "save the dishwasher hose". If he didn't save it, it would be another $375 to $400 for a new dishwasher hose because the part is expensive and it's a very labor intensive job. Well, I installed the last dishwasher hose myself 4 years ago for $25 for the part and 1 hour of my time. It was a made up story in an attempt to make me feel better for the extra $100 labor charge, which I did not authorize. I emailed twice and called on February 12, 2026 and asked for a $50 refund. I got a call back on February 25, 2026 from an administrator letting me know that they are reviewing my request. I was promised that I would get a call back. Well, it's been 7 weeks since that promise on February 25, 2026 and no call back. Based on everything that has happened over the past 9 weeks, it's obvious to me that this business is not operating in good faith. Another issue unrelated to the billing, is that I wrapped duct tape over the dishwasher hose in a 3 inch area because the hose rubs against wood, which will break it after a couple of years. Well, the repair person removed the duct tape without asking me or even telling me he did it. The repair person arrogantly insisted that the hose will not break because he removed the duct tape. I have owned the house for 19 years. The dishwasher hose rubs and will break after a couple years. To suggest that it won't break is reckless advice. It will take 2 years to happen, so not his problem at that point. Never use Quick Appliance. Too many honest companies out there to choose from.
