Having given credit where it is due, I would not be telling the full story without mentioning some serious issues: (1) They were hired on March 10. They said they would do the job the week of March 16; that week came and went with no work done (and no update of any kind). The delay continued until March 31, when I basically said it was now or never. The main issue was a lack of coordination with the electric company. (2) All work was completed on March 31. I got the bill on May 18. Due date: May 18! The electrician was there 2 hours, but the bill was for 3.5 hours. Bottom line: I chose Leading Edge over lower bids, but knowing everything I know now, I would make a different choice.

Once again, these guys showed what consummate professionals they are. Getting everything done 100%, up to city code, and perfect quality. Very friendly people too! The work is extremely overpriced and potentially dangerous (more below). First let me just share that I believe they will overcharge you if they think you will pay. After having done some work I think I already over paid for, I was quoted $4500 to run some wires from my panel for an induction stove. I was already done working with this company for reasons I'll get into below, but I had the work expertly done for $1350. I don't see how someone who has been in my house and knows my attic/setup extremely well can get to a price that high unless they are trying to rip me off. If that's not enough for you, I had wiring and a bunch of work done for my sauna. I was told the quote needed to be this high to run #2 wire which was going to be expensive. They ended up running #8 and said that was a write up error and wouldn't give any discount. Again, I think I was ripped off. Lastly, a 50 amp circuit was put in place for the sauna. The electrician placed 2 plugs on the same 50 amp circuit. Every electrician I've talked to said this is an obvious no-no and couldn't believe they would do this. After arguing with my father (40 years of licensed electrical experience) they eventually caved and refunded the money for the outlets. However, the trust was already broken. I would not hire someone who does something this dangerous and won't admit their mistake.

In addition to an enormous charge for the work performed, they had to come back to hook up the GFCI they replaced and while cutting the hole for the garage switch the wall was damaged. It's been over a month after numerous emails to them and I have received nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work.
