If you decide to deal with this company and hire them, I would make sure that you understand completely when Dakota schedules your appointment. I was told the technician would be at my home at 2 PM. By 2:25 PM, no one had shown up. I called and asked what time the technician would arrive and they told me he was about 10 minutes out. I was told I was given a window of time between 1 PM and 3 PM. I was not given a window of time. I was given a specific time of 2 PM. Dakota will not take accountability for her mistakes. She will blame it on the customer. Dakota told me she pulled the call record from our phone call when the appointment was set and that she heard herself give me a window of time. Then in the next sentence told me that outgoing calls are not recorded. So which is it? Spoke with Justin the GM and that didn't go well either. Apparently I was hostile. Well anybody would be hostile if they were called a liar. He does not take feedback about his employees or his business. He will defend them to the end. He says that Dakota is "perfect" at what she does. I am extremely organized so when I have appointments lined up, I know exactly what time I need to be there for that appointment. I know for a fact, I did not make a mistake about my 2 PM appointment. I know for a fact, I was not given any sort of window of time. When talking to Justin, he asked me if I had the call recorded. I explained to him that I am just a customer I shouldn't have to record the calls. But since he is a business, he should have the call recorded. He told me that I am not a customer because I'm just a tenant and my property manager is the customer. He is extremely rude and he does not care about any feedback regarding his office or staff. It seems they think they can treat people however they want if you're just a tenant and not a homeowner. Very disgusting behavior. He will talk down to you and not take into consideration what you have to say. He does not care about the customer. Yes I am a customer weather Justin thinks so or not.

Nearly 5 weeks later on Friday Feb 6, I called and talked to Rebecca about the status. She said she would call the manufacturer and call me back. No call. I called Feb 7. Rebecca said she would call on Monday Feb 9 to find out where the lights are, and would call me back. No call back. Called Saturday, Feb 14th to ask if the lights came in. I did not talk to Rebecca and did not get the name of the lady I talked to. She told me they have not received them. I told her I wanted to cancel because of the poor customer service. I briefly explained the lack of communication as mentioned above. No apologies, but I was NOW told the lights take up to 6 weeks to get. I said I wanted to cancel anyway and reiterated my reasons. I was told I would receive a call back the same day from Rebecca to cancel the order and get a refund. To this day I have not received a call. This is the worst service ever. UPDATE: Received a call from the owner. He said they will refund my money. We shall see. The most disturbing is the owner thinks I was mostly upset about how long the fixture delivery is taking. He obviously did not read the letter I sent him. Though it is not a favored situation, it was more about NO communication. NOT once did I ever receive a call back as they promised. That was the real issue I had. I will keep you posted on the refund. Any bets? !!

Not having been in the store before, I asked the man sitting at his laptop behind the counter where the items were located. He described the location--don't bother getting up to show someone--and of course I walked right by it. I eventually found the rock wool--a pretty big selection--but sadly, nothing on those massive shelves was priced. How is one to compare prices and products? So I walked back up to the counter and asked the gentleman about the prices. He said that "it all ranges from about $10-$14." That wasn't helpful so I asked him to come back and show me which ones were which and what the prices were. He ROLLED his eyes, let out a large sigh and proceeded to stroll back to the rock wool. I knew this wasn't going to be fun. He spouted off the prices on all of the products, but he would say "about $8," or "about $10.". There were so many items and so many "about" prices that I had to ask him to run them by me one more time, using exact amounts, not "about" amounts. This time he said "I can go up to the computer if you really need the exact price down to the penny." So I walked out. I was really bummed by this experience based on the number of stellar reviews this shop has received. Like I said, it must have been a bad day, but that's all it takes to lose a sale. Another shop in town set me up nicely. Come on you guys, you run a retail store. Just clearly price your products. Don't be rude about simple questions that a customer should not have to ask. Other than that, the store was clear and it looked well-stocked.
