They answered all of my questions through email (and I had many since I was planning my own wedding) in timely and thoughtful manner, they were very flexible with vendors (outside of catering), they provided a list of approved catering vendors which led us to our caterer for the event which we loved, etc, etc. I could not be more thankful to the staff here for helping me create such a beautiful event and for helping the evening go seamlessly​. Everything from the pre-planning (many emails back and forth from CA) to the clean-up went without a hitch. The venue provided everything including a stage with speakers and microphone, upgraded full bar and awesome bartender, tables and chairs with linen, a delicious taco bar with the chef interacting with our guests for the first 2 hours, staff that worked behind the scenes and kept everything clean, tidy and running smoothly. When I asked about a cake Chef John said he could do that as well. We're still talking about the strawberries and cream cake he made which included Neufchâtel cheese in the frosting. The venue has beautiful hardwood floors, large windows, and a door to the outside patio, right on the river. We were able to hang decorations and we're asked often if we needed anything, any help. Leanne Jewell is the event manager and she took great care of us. When we originally booked the venue the plan was to have it mostly outside with 30 people. Just days before it became apparent we would possibly have snow or rain and 50 people. Leanne reassured me not to worry, they would move the party indoors if needed. Planning everything from another state had me a bit frazzled but I can assure you they know what they are doing. I was so impressed. Thank you Riverside Events, we had a fantastic time.

An update after being in the office for a few months...we're fans of almost everything, but the…read moreWiFi dependability (not speed) can struggle sometimes (especially noticeable during video calls) which as you can imagine is pretty frustrating when trying to meet with your team, clients, new hires, etc. We have people all around the world, and the "Boulder office WiFi" is now a joke on team-wide calls. It seems like they are actively trying to fix it, which is great...I just noticed that this is a discussion on the internal office Slack but not mentioned on Yelp, so I wanted to add it =) Other than that, as it's starting to fill up, it's becoming harder to find a room to a take a call in / have a quick in-person 1-on-1 conversation. This seems to change over time depending on if any sales/larger software companies might be taking up space that tend to have a lot of meetings.
