Waited by the door only to be looked at like an idiot. There was a guy standing behind the counter looking at me, obviously I wanted to go in but with all these Covid rules I wasn't just going to let myself in especially if there was a barricade. He finally gave me a shoulder shrug like "are you gonna come in or what?" He was basically following us around the store extremely fast as if he was trying to get us to do one quick lap. I wanted to buy this really cute dress for me and I was just so irritated. He clearly needed a smoke break or a cup of coffee. Or maybe just a new job. I picked up the slides bc my mom liked them and before I can finish my question he blurted out "$395!!!!!" Ohhhhhkayyy.... attitude. Some other person with blond hair was a little more helpful but presented no other options as what I wanted they didn't have my size. Went in and was helped by Victor bought a beautiful pair of glasses and slides, I ran into a slight sizing issue but due to fault of my own even after trying them on in the store I realized later I needed a slightly bigger size so I went in was helped again by Victor,he was extremely pleasant & exchanged them no problem, I of course fell within my 14 day time frame. I've seen other reviews which have complained about the lack of refund and other issues which I can somewhat understand however to Versace's credit there is a sign at the register fully explaining their return policy and as surprised as I've been at times by various return policies at different stores it is always the buyers responsibility to inform themselves especially when making a larger purchase. With that said I will definitely be stopping in again as long as Victor is there! Experience even when I wasn't spending money at Versace: I wanted to add to this review a few months after my purchase because I had a small issue with my sunglasses but the manufacturer offers an excellent warranty, I misplaced my receipt and I called the store they were a little busy but still managed to text me a copy of the receipt within a timely manner. Hally was friendly and pleasant. I wasn't purchasing anything from her, I needed help with a previous purchase and she didn't mind providing me the information I needed, she took the time searching up my information, pulling my receipt, snapping the picture and texting it to me which to some people might not seem like a lot but good customer service is hard to find these days, most of the time you have to walk in show them you're ready to spend big dollars before someone treats you like your worthy of their time. read more

Nice location in the Stevens Creek Mall with similar décor and fixtures as other newer boutiques. While the store is on the smaller side it does not feel cramped. Plenty of Mainline accessories and shoes are offered along with a decent collection of t-shirts, luggage and fashion jewelry. Staff is friendly and helpful and is willing to bring in pieces from other locations if you ask. Definitely one of the better retailers in the mall and worth visiting if you are a Versace fan. read more

I went with my fiancé looking for shoes...there was an employee waiting at the door allowing people in. As I was waiting to enter the store, that employee waited by the door and was not assisting customers. When he let us in he asked my fiancé (whom is African American) in a rude tone ..."what can I help you with"...he proceeds to follow us around the store and watch us while we shopped. We asked for a shoe size and he told us he didn't have the size because all the EDD scammers bought them. I felt a strong vibe that he was racially profiling assuming our money was not legitimate. She did talk the sale person is for bd gift and just in-case my friend not fit. So he can exchage. The sale person told her. I love Versace at valley fair, especially Ben. Every time I go he always makes sure to go above and beyond for me, and always brings a smile to my face while I'm shopping. He's awesome at pairing items and recommending products- even when you aren't in the store. He's always good about updating his customers via text and I appreciate that. I have never had a bad experience with him. Sooooo, first of all, you need to know the return policy on all items - i.e., it does not exist except for store credit so don't buy anything you either don't want to keep forever or that you aren't willing to accept store credit if you are unhappy with your item. Now, this is in no way a negative report against the store manager Melody - Melody is awesome. However, despite the fact that I bought a dress that cost, well let's say over $3,000, it still had to be altered (despite finding a dress that fit perfectly at another location but hence the issue with the return policy), and then brought back twice to have the alterations corrected. Once for the shoulder "V" and then the entire zipper failed in the middle of a court hearing - thank the lord for a good paralegal and binder clips. IMHO if you pay that much for a dress, shouldn't it be perfect from the beginning and hold up to general wear (for which on this occasion was 3x total)? Also the store in Valley Fair (San Jose) no longer carries clothing options, is small and cramped but does offer Champagne which is a definite plus. Sorry Donatella, I'll find a brand that is not so complicated. read more

The store sucks I bought new sunglasses after two days I went to return them the salesperson told me it is final sale which he didn't mention when I first bought them and said it is written on the receipt at the bottom not stamped like they usually do in other stores apparently the eyewear is fine sale first to know their customer service is really bad never going back to this store again. This store is horrible came here last week to buy shoes for my husband. The Asian girl who sold it to me promised that he could come back and exchange size and order if they don't have it in Stock anymore . Today we made a trip to the store she got lucky she wasnt there someone else rude helped us and guess what they don't have his size so she says I can order it but there is 15$ charge we said that's fine she goes to register comes back tells us she cant order the shoe!!! So guess what we are stuck with a store credit because their return policy sucks as much as their customer service, And employees who try to make sales but don't really tell you that you're stuck with store credit and exchange only while you're paying! Their selection is so limited and no sizes available what do we do get stuck with a damn store credit! Worst exchange policy! The customer service & the product knowledge are exceptional. I find myself keep on coming back to their store to buy more products! Their new Tribute Collection is wonderful and you must check it out! But...I wish that they had a little more in their store (as it is an accessory store only...but their accessories are coming up) I would hope to see some Ready-To-Wear pieces come in soon!
