    Prior to today I'd always had a great customer experience. Today not so much. I bought an S21 on 7/25 and was told a bunch of information including that I could return the phone within 30 days. I went in today to return it to go back to an iPhone because I just dont like the android system. I was told I couldn't return it without the box.... seriously?! No one told me I had to have the box to return. It also came to mind that I may not have taken the box. There were so many people in that store and my 5 mo was in the car with my Mom fussing. Mom brain sucks. The guy at the counter threatened that he could just view the cameras to see if I was telling the truth. Wow! Unbelievable. I then explained that I have an extra box from my husband's phone that's the exact same as mine. But no, I couldn't do that. I explained I was never informed that I had to have the cardboard box to return it. That makes no sense. He then said he'd have to contact his district manager to see if they could approve it. He'd "call me back". All the while he's being condescending while I explained I'd worked in retail most of my life and I had to go over the receipt because so many people miss the details. He kept saying okay, and not even looking at me to acknowledge that I understood the situation but I wasn't told to keep the box. Needless to say I called corporate, guess what? They told me it was perfectly okay to take in my husband's box and return it. Now I'm heading to another store to get this taken care of. Today is 8/5, and I'm not sure what the guys name was but it wasn't the shorter guy, this guy had a nose piercing. Each customer is worth the time to go over everything in detail otherwise you wind up with these problems. Sales is hard but if you're going to do it do it right, not every customer is right so long as you do your job. This guy today clearly doesn't, and this isn't the first problem I've witness him have by his fault. I witnessed him not checking licenses while authorizing transactions that shouldn't have gone through without authorization by the account holder. I don't fault Dexter, only that he go over details better but this guy today was a jerk and too concerned with the next guy in line.

When I got my phone back it was extremely laggy, dark screen and low quality display. It cracked literally 1 week after replacement, I went to a different spot in Tacoma and they informed me about the type of screen he replaced it with (literally a Temu screen) and the damage he did inside the phone that had to be repaired with original parts. This guy sucks to say the least. He talks a big game, and then clearly doesn't know what hes doing. Hes using extremely cheap screens and selling them as "premium aftermarket". Dudes a Scammer in the middle of a Walmart.

I called this place and was told another screen was available. When I came, they said the screen they had was reserved for something else, blamed "a new guy" and told me to wait 3-5 days for the screen to arrive. A week later they told me the screen was in transit and to wait more. Another week later, they still don't have it and don't give any ETA. Their staff has been very condescending and rude. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this place is as bad as it gets.

Parents, I know y'all feel me. We've all been there. He cracked the LCD screen on the inside and it was all sorts of glitched and nearly impossible to play, and of course, our warranty didn't cover a drop situation. uBreakiFix is really the only place in the area I knew of that did repairs like this so I gave them a call and they were incredibly helpful over the phone. I set up an appointment online, brought the device in for a consult, and they let me know they'd order the part and it would be ready in about 4-5 days. Perfect! The 4th day hit and I gave them a call and they said they anticipated the part being in that day and then it would be a couple of hours to fix. Great. The 5th day rolled around with no call so I called again, and they said the part just arrived but it would "be a little while because it was a delicate fix and they didn't want to rush it." Another day passed... and another day... And finally around 4pm on the following day they let me know it was ready. They would be closed the following day after that so we had to wait another couple of days to pick it up. They also let me know on the phone that some sort of screw "basically disintegrated" during repair and that is was a "common problem" but it left a little gap on the side of my son's Switch. It doesn't affect the way the device works, but I just think if that's so common of a problem, why don't they have replacement screws to make up for that issue? Overall, my son's Switch is working perfectly now with a beautiful screen so he is happy and thankfully, not asking me every single day if it is done yet. Additionally, all of the employees we encountered over the phone or in person were really pleasant to deal with - I just think the communication should be a little bit more thorough if there are days on days of delays.
