Was excited to go in and upgrade to a new phone as I haven't updated my phone in forever. No one was in the store when we got in there besides one other customer, waited 15 mins for a store employee to come out they didn't acknowledge us and spend 45 with one customer. They did not greet us or even look our way. The least you could do is say hello and I will be with you in a moment. Makes the phone buying experience that much worse. Waited an hour in total and had to leave the store after still no help. This is why everyone buys online these days. 0 stars if I could read more

Bought two phones at one store but had to drive across town to get the old phone for one of the accounts, so I could have the contacts transferred. This store was the closest to where I was. The store was empty so I was helped immediately by a very nice guy. I explained what I needed and he said there would be a $30 charge to transfer. Mind you...the store I bought from said there would not be a charge and, in fact, transferred mine for free. This place said they had to use a machine so there was a charge. I gave permission so an 80+ year old wouldn't have to reenter all of her contacts by hand. The man plugged a cord into each of the phones, plugged them into a little box, hit some keys on the computer, and it transferred. Done. I appreciated the help so I paid and left. My curiosity got the best of me later so I called Verizon at #611. I said I had a question and explained what happened. The agent replied, "Hmmm....that is a GREAT question! You should NOT have been charged!" He couldn't see the charges on his end but again said that he didn't understand why someone would charge. I explained the use of the machine/computer to transfer and he replied, "Doesn't matter. You shouldn't have been charged." He credited my account and apologized. So...I don't know if this place charges because they are just an 'Authorized retailer' for Verizon, or what. Just be forewarned that you may be charged for things here that a "regular" Verizon store wouldn't charge for. Like I said, the guy was nice and did the job....but it may be worth the drive to find an actual Verizon store. read more

Went in to get a question about a setting on my phone answered. I know what I'm doing, just had a quick question. The gentleman behind the counter probably shouldn't have been working today because he was very rude. My questions (which I had to ask repeatedly) were apparently dumb, given the way he looked at me. I asked my question and was told that the store could do what I needed done, but that they would have to charge me. I told him I wasn't concerned about the fee, but I just wanted to get a quick answer to a question so that I could do it myself. He repeated what he'd said about needing to charge me. Gosh he really wanted to charge me. So we went round and round a few times. He got more rude. I got more frustrated. I left, with my question unanswered. Despite having a wonderful experience at this store 6 months ago, I won't need back again. read more

FRAUD!!!! Previously charged Extra fake "service activation" fees on existing lines for new phones. 8/26/19: They incorrectly applied liquid glass screen cover. I've had liquid glass multiple times, great stuff. Screen cracked 36 hours later. (either they applied it wrong or its defective right?) They refused to replace the screen or offer any kind of resolution. "Take it to Best Buy" he told my wife. when she called me because she couldn't believe they were refusing to offer ANY help, she put me on the phone, he said his name was john, my only words in flat monotone: "my name is Brandon" at which point the the rep [john - 2:30pm 8/29/19] immediately launched into "I feel like I've been really helpful to you lady..." and refused to help her or me further. In may,my wife and I upgraded our smartphones from that store.we also had a couple of tablets to cancel.after an hour and a half,and a whole lot of confusion;I thought we we were done.it turned out the representative did not cancel our tablets as we thought,and we had to pay an extra two months of unnecessary fees.the Verizon digital representative ultimately credited our account 30.00 of the 80.00 we were charged.we are now down to two smartphones and no tablets added to our bill.please train your reps... read more

Total Scammers!!! Went in to purchase an iPhone, they offered a "free" iPad. After some asking, they admitted there would actually be a $2/month line service fee plus an activation charge. Turns out nothing was free. They financed $470 for the device on my behalf, plus there will be $30/month charges, plus other fees - all for a device and service I never even wanted or asked for. Additionally, their "system was down" so they couldn't print me any receipts at the time. Emailed receipts show that they financed the full $470 to me when the guy kept saying it was free. So, they secretly financed a $470 device to me and signed me up for $30/month service for something that was presented as a free promotion. Also, this is not a Verizon store, but they go out of their way to make you think it is. Now Verizon can't even help me because I signed the paperwork (again, they couldn't print it at the time). Fraud. I've been a loyal customer of Verizon for 12 years and have had 0 problems. This store looks like a Verizon store, and has nothing but Verizon signs inside and out but is actually a reseller of Verizon products. Anyway, I'm an essential on call employee for a municipality, and I need my phone to work. When my iPhone stopped working I needed a new one pronto and went to this store as it is disguised as a Verizon corporate store. I asked for the cheapest iPhone they had. They told me it was the new iphoneSE and that it was 600 dollars. Trusting that they were Verizon I said hook me up and the salesperson started filling out paperwork from 6 ft away as we had to maintain the covid19 gap. When it was all said and done she said I needed to put 204.95 down and the rest would be financed on my account. I signed all of the paperwork. Then she brought a bunch of stuff over and said it was free with the phone. I went home. When I went over my bill I saw that all of that stuff she said was free was itemized to $200! That's what she made me put down for the phone, and I never asked for any of that crap! The phone was only 400 bucks! On top of it they billed me 30 dollars twice for water protection insurance that I didn't want. They billed me 60$ to spray the phone with some bullcrap screen protector. When I callled Verizon they told me that they weren't an official Verizon store and assured me they would look into it. I went back a little heated and was told that they wouldn't refund anything unless I changed my attitude. I am not and never will be respectful towards criminals. Chase at this store was great. He helped us out with a complicated fraud issue on a family account and was very informative on what we can do. He was great to work with and incredibly nice! I went to this store because I was frustrated with how I was treated at the Verizon store on 257th. The manager at that store was always waiting on someone else & myself at the same time. Which ended up deleting some of my photos and each visit was at least a hour. My last visit was over 2 hrs with a 2yr old. I was ready to go to a different company when I went in at the Wood Village store. The manager was great. He helped me get a new phone because I had numerous problems with the expensive phone that I had. I will go back to the Wood Village store. read more

Worst service ever!!! I made a payment and they took the money but never credit the account and it's been three weeks they send out a check to an address they randomly picked. I haven't been able contact a manager since they don't give out personal information. Please don't come here worst customer service and it's only a premium retailer which kinda explains why they have shifty service. read more

Stay far away from this place!! I went in to upgrade my phone. The first bad sign was the bothered look on the salesman's face when I walked in the door. I knew what I wanted so I didn't have to put up with too much disdain. Next, and the worst, I was told there would be a $150 fee to upgrade. What??!! They don't hide the fact that they're an "authorized dealer". However, They pass off their crazy fees as if they are coming straight from Verizon. They are not!! Verizon does not charge $150 to upgrade your phone. Go to the real Verizon store on Civic Drive. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. read more
