I've been using my current Samsung Galaxy for a few years, and like it. It is still performing well, and I like the size, although the battery performance was starting to wane. So I went online and bought a replacement battery (OEM) for about $10 on ebay, thinking I would just install it myself. After watching some youtube videos and trying to get the back cover off, I gave up and decided to have a pro do it. I reached out to a few different places, and the going rate was about $85 for a replacement battery installed -- but of course I already had the part! The guy here, however, was willing to install my provided part, and only charged me $45 for labor (a perfectly reasonable price, after I watched those youtube videos). The phone turned out great, and the operator of the business was friendly. I'm sure I'll be back for another repair in the future. (for those who are curious, this is in the building with Agility computers; Inside the building, there is a partition separating the iPhone repair business from the computer business)

I walked over to Ifix never having been here before, and found the employees to be professional honest and easy to work with. The glass was ordered and although it took a bit longer to arrive, the work was done correctly. Unfortunately, the mouse USB was left at iFix and realized it hours later. When I called it was confirmed the USB was there and Lucas dropped it off at my home. What awesome customer service. Walking in to a nice shop was helpful. The car battery comes with a 2 year warranty where if it won't take a charge anymore, they'll swap it. I put the battery in myself, and the core charge was easily refunded to any card you'd like. The gentleman that helped me was nice, and offered to carry the battery out for me. They also gave me access to wash my hands since I did the battery swap in the lot. I WILL use them again for fair priced batteries, car key copying, and phone repairs in the future.

Unfortunately, the hard drive was not salvageable, but Nate gave me additional options for possible retrieval. I did have them install a new SSD to replace the old disc drive. Everything worked fine with new SSD. I'd recommend Mad Genius and Nate for all Apple/Mac repairs as they are friendly, knowledgeable and specialize in Macs.
