I needed a new charging port and I also got the cover for the charging port. They had a reasonable price and convenient location. Their repair guy was only there part time. At first they said they had to order it. I waited a week, then the repair guy said he had the part, I came by and he said, nope it won't work. Then they said they had to order the part after all. A little confusing, but once the part came they fixed it in about 30 minutes. More recently I ended up getting my phone wet and for some reason the new charging port cover did not work as well as the original one and the phone got wet inside, but over-all I'm a happy customer.

The top up minute cards are also a gamble. I just bought a 40 dollar card for this month and it won't work. Now if you don't know how top up cards work i'll fill you in. They are cards that have a pin number, the pin number is not activated until the card has been purchased. The actual action of purchasing the card is what activates it. They don't enter in a code or do anything so when it doesn't work they can't do anything and you can't refund them. If you want though they are nice enough to let you file a report which means you get to fax a ton of information in to virgin mobile and they can take it into consideration. 40 dollars down the drain and my phone shuts off tonight. Their only advice? Go try and buy another one. So my advice to you would be to go with somebody else. Virgin Mobile is not the way.

Her phone was not charging. Ruth diagnosed the problem, the prong in the phone's charging port was damaged. Now, I have insurance on it which would cost $49 in deductibles and take 2 days to receive a new phone and then a second trip back to have the data moved from phone to phone. Ruth suggested that we buy a wireless charger for $30 so that we could get the phone up and working (my daughter is in college and needs a phone available). We can always file an insurance claim later. Love how this nanager thinks & trouble shoots.
