I couldn't answer the phone, turn it off, get message - nothing! I had a place I went to in W. LA, but the last time they didn't fully fix it, so thought I'd look to see what was near me. Wow, am I happy I did!. When I searched places near me, Groupon popped up with this place. I called first to make sure they could take me right away, after all it had been close to 18 hours without a phone. LOL. They answered the phone promptly and when I told them the issue, they reassured me they could help. When I got there and he looked at my phone he explained that when I dropped it (the 3rd time) I broke the LED thingy. It made sense, since it never went black before like this time. Anyway, I trusted him and had him replace the screen and the LED thingy for not much more. OMGOODNESS it is like I have a brand new phone. (It's 4 years old). It looked beautiful with the new glass and something I didn't expect, the response time of the screen was incredible. I never knew the LED thingy had anything to do with response and loading. Prior to this, I used to wait what seemed like FOREVER, for my phone to load. Now it loads in seconds. I was so blown away! If I would have known that I could have replaced that for the load time alone a long time ago. Dillion, was super fast, professional and fair. He also pointed out the price differences between repairing iPhone vs. Galaxy phones. Not to mention, I got a 30 day warranty too! I really should have given him shit about doing that because the piece of crap glass broke 3 weeks later near the button of my iPhone 6plus. I went back and the other guy who is always there treated impolitely by suggesting I dropped my phone which broke the glass and I just have to buy another even though you can easily tell that the hairline circular break in the tempered glass comes out from the button and comes back around to the button suggesting pressure (applied at the button) broke the cover.
