It's been a very long time since I stepped foot into this store/location. And from the looks of it, there was a major change inside. First off, the whole concept of trying to get someone's attention for checking in was a major bitch. We walked in, there were about 8 people sitting around while 2/3 employees were there. We looked around trying to figure out where if we needed to put our name down somewhere for service. No where in sight for that. There was no one greeting you to get your information and asked what the visit was for. We ended up walking around a bit waiting for someone to talk to. We almost walked out until someone actually spoke to us and took our information to be put on the list. Bryan, who actually took our name and helped us was quite nice. Of course he was helping others so obviously busy. It was a good half hour or so till we were actually helped with. Throughout the store, there were only 3 employees working that afternoon. There was some question we had regarding internet service which he helped answered. He answered and explained what questioned we had about the service. Service was nice once we got helped. Furthermore, the whole layout seemed somewhat like an Apple Store. Service was slow as there were only 3 employees working. And the way of checking in, that needs an improvement. There should be someone checking you in or taking your name instead of waiting for one of the staff to put it down. Or have a systems with adding yourself to a waitlist. They were all busy so even when new people walked in, they as well didn't know as how to check in. After being seen, it was good. Bryan was sweet and answered every question we had. read more

I bought a new phone from Apple direct and was having issue with aligning it to my T mobile account. I spent several days carrying around two phones because the new ones are now Esims. I don't know how I feel about E sims but that is another topic. Probably would not have bought the phone if I knew because I travel a lot and buy a sim to switch out in Europe and Japan Toonorah took great care of me and helped straighten out the account which was quite a feat while a very an ious woman hovered, watched our passwords and was a real pain in the butt annoying both us and Toonorah- who had the patience of a saint. If I'd seen the absolutely rude woman sooner I would have done something about it and had her kicked out of the store. read more

I've been to several T-Mobile stores. Sometimes i ran into nice employees sometimes i ran into ones who didn't seem to like their job or not a "people person" kind. But this location, 16 miles from my home. Too far but i would come here for anything to do with my phones or phone service. First of all, Tara, answered the phone and took her time in the middle of taking care of a client to check on the availability of an item for me. I then came here and immediately was taken care of by Alejandro who appeared from the back room with a big smile and made my husband & me feel special. I had several frustrating experiences with my provider (Lyca Mobile). My phone completely quit working for two days. I had replaced the SIM card two months prior when it did the same thing. After spending the whole morning on the phone with them, trying all kinds of procedures to make it work, they told me it would be fixed in 48 hours, which meant four days without a phone. By then, I'd had enough of Lyca. I walked into the T Mobile store in Encino & a very knowledgeable technician replaced the SIM card, gave me a new telephone number & plan & had the phone working perfectly in five minutes. read more

I came here again after my previous positive experience to buy a phone for my mom. I will say I commend the workers here because they were short staffed and had like 2 people assisting on the floor but were getting it done. With that being said, obviously you go into a phone store knowing it will take at least an hour, and you might have to wait a little. I saw multiple guests walking in and being impatient or hounding the workers, which I commend how professional they were, idk if I could be that nice lol. Been a T-Mobile customer for a long time... haven't needed to stop into a store for a long time. Used to go to a different location T-Mobile before that had great customer services but that store has since closed down. Stopped by to the closest location to ask a few questions that couldn't be taken care of over the phone. The wait was over 30 mins. The person that took our name for the wait list was nice. The person that was then supposed to take us made a mistake called us but then realized he must have skipped another customer first. Didn't apologize for that. Instead he was kinda rude. Waited... another person then called us for our turn. He seemed annoyed to be helping and doing his job. While asking questions he kept checking his time on his watch. To me it seems like a lack of customer services. It also seems like DEI hiring practices here. Next time I need help in person... I'll have to find a different store to stop by and ask questions at since this location seems incompetent and lacking in customer service quality. read more

Store sales person in store was not honest with me about the charges for the Internet. And then when I called Billing and speak to a representative, they are rude and obnoxious and don't let me speak at all and accuse me of yelling when I was not yelling I was on my cell phone speaker. I wanted to know why my bill was higher than usual and they couldn't even explain it to me. I'm going to drop this company and go with someone else. And I'm going to report them to the FCC and the FTC. I was a spectrum customer for years and decided to switch over. After hearing about an offer by T- Mobile online for new phones and unlimited service , I went to the local T-Mobile office to check it out. What I found was that the offer for unlimited service and new phones was even better than what I thought. The initial service was exceptionally good. Terrible terrible service not by 1 but 2 representatives, I went in to upgrade and omg they seemed so uninterested, with lack of customer service skills no eye contact complained when I asked to be accommodated for my disability, it was wayyy to much work for them to actually do there job. I am seriously considering escalating my complaint. Either they are racist or they do not care at all about the job, not a good way to represent Tmobile which I have been with for 18 years!
