Horrible Service. We were assisted by a representative that goes by the name of Sugar. We wanted to set up a new line for my girlfriend and told her we had a 15% discount through my work. She then proceeded to tell us that T-mobile has a free line promotion not telling us that the 15% off would not work with that extra line. On top of that, the line we were set up with to transfer her number was an internet line which would not transfer the number over. I would never go to this location again. read more

Absolutely terrible staff, the manager is useless, they gave my fiancé and I a deal in store and then suddenly we were sent a bill that was way more than what was offered. The manager hid in the back the whole time we were here. This place is the worst. read more

Purchase from them the new iPhone 13, they set me up with a new internship, the process took almost 2 hours. Eventually I got the new phone but it came with an E-sim they gave me regular sim that messed up all my system, I couldn't call many phone unless I manually fixed every number, couldn't call any number off my contact list. They told me to come back and when I came back they told me to call customer service which take hours. So disappointed worst customer service, they will tell you anything to sell you but after the deal you are just nothing for them. read more

Janet and Hector are very exceptional as far as the T-mobile brick and mortar stores go. They have much more technical knowledge than most other T-MOBILE stores. My brand new 'carrier-unlocked' phone (which no one should ever buy) was originally formatted for a T-Mobile and inadvertently got locked. Most of the local T-Mobile stores I called said they can't handle unlocked phones and I had to call the support line (which has too many customers to do anything). The support took about two hours to get a hold of someone, and they basically took my information for technical support and never ever got back to me for a resolution. I was without my phone for 3 days. I was so glad to run into this Tarzana store and get help from Janet and Hector. They actually had the technical knowledge to help with this small issue, and did what should be done. They seem to have more knowledge than most other T-Mobile's store people, probably more than your contact support line as well. I recommend they get a raise or some sort of promotion, considering they have more knowledge on technical issues. read more

Worse phone carrier ever, I would never recommend this terrible service. If you don't have 5G this company is pure trash it's not just this location it's the connection. Whenever you're out and not connected to Wi-fi , LTE is terrible it would take 5 minutes to send a message and would have 1-2 bars the entire day out. Sometimes it would go in SOS and would have completely no cellular internet. It just complete trash. Never get this carrier. read more

I came here around November 7, 2020 to get 4 out of the 5 iPhone XR's on my business account traded in for brand new iPhone 12's. I called before I came in to make sure they had the colors I wanted in stock since the iPhone 12 did just come out less than 30 days prior. Brian assured me that they had red, black, and blue iPhone 12's in stock. The store in well organized and a lot of room to walk around in there and social distance. The employees all wear mask there and are very polite and answered all my questions I had. Diego was the great associate that helped us once I was actually there in the store. My wife and I were there less than 2 hours to take care of 4 iPhone 12 upgrades. Diego and the team at the newly changed Sprint now T-mobile store were amazing, and I did end up coming back a day or two later to get the 5th iPhone 12 for my account from this location. I actually have been coming to this location for my last couple of iPhone upgrades, and I am never disappointed with the service here. I will be coming back again. read more

After having our business cell phones for so long, it was definitely time for an upgrade. The staff at this location was so nice and helpful and explained to us the pricing and deals that our née phones had to offer. I have been to many cell phone stores and the customer service here is too notch. Diego was able to set up 4 phones at once for us and helped us transfer all of our information from our old phones. He was kind, informative, and funny. Getting new phones can sometimes be a stressful experience, but I'm happy to report I did not feel that this time around. Thank you again!! read more

What happened to this location? Every time I go there is a brand new team working. I went to get a screen protector and was helped, if you could even call it that, by two guys. The first guy was very dry. He asked me what I need and when I told him he said he didn't have it. I asked to have it ordered and he said he didn't think they could. My current protector was order by a person from that location. He passed me a long to his coworker and who tried to help me but was having trouble. Neither of them could remember what phone I had even though I told them multiple times and my account was on the screen with the phones on my plan. Maybe it was a bad day but I don't think I'll be back. read more

I felt bad about being stubborn to get my issue resolved by tonight and George did not rush me out even though the store was closing, instead, he went the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care. Brian,the assorted manager, was so rude! I ordered a phone. I changed my mind after the order was placed. He said he wouldn't return my phone even though I hadn't picked it up yet. He called his supervisors on the phone and he was talking about me, in a rude manner, in front of me! Told me I should listen better. I will never step foot in this store ever again!!! Went into the store looking to switch from AT&T only if my plan would be cheaper, of course not wanting to pay more. I explained to Jeanette (who was newer) and Carlos (store manager) what I payed and what my plan included at AT&T. Both assured I would pay less quoting my monthly payment assuming they included everything I asked for and had prior. Once I was completely finished I'm given a pamphlet in regard to wanting add insurance in the future ( I thought it was already included) I got the response "no you don't have insurance but you can always add it later, we didn't add insurance because it's another $19 per phone" Seems to me they didn't include that part throughout because that would break the deal- I would have stayed with AT&T. Of course that's upsetting because at that point I was given false information and couldn't get any assistance or clarity because the "Manger" Carlos left early. I was told they would have him reach out- never happened! Had to go back into the store where I had to deal with the unprofessional "Sales floor Manager" Brian, didn't express any care in fixing my issues, instead responded with "well I'm not the one who helped you or told you this, but you can come tomorrow to speak to Carlos" as if I had all the time in the world to continue to go back. As a manager you should take responsibility for your team actions and fix the issue, not make excuses that you're not responsible party.. free word of advice ;) read more
