This particular store employed deceptive sales tactics, including inflating prices and misrepresenting discounts. Even worse, they refused to accept return in accordance with Verizon's return policy. On May 11, 2024, I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a new phone to replace my damaged iPhone SE. The salesperson recommended upgrading to the iPhone 15, citing a promotional discount that purportedly made it a cost-effective option. To qualify for this promotion, I was required to purchase specific iPhone accessories along with the phone. During the transaction, I requested a receipt but was informed by the salesperson that the printer was malfunctioning, and the receipt would be emailed to me. However, despite repeated requests, I did not receive the receipt until the following day. Upon reviewing the receipt, I discovered significant discrepancies in pricing. The prices of all items, including the phone, accessories, and service fee, were inflated compared to their retail prices. Specifically, I was charged $840 for the iPhone (retail price $799), $46.99 for the Speck Grip iPhone Case (retail price $24.94), $66.99 for the PureGear Screen Protector (retail price $39.99), and $39.99 for the setup fee (Verizon setup fee $29.99). Additionally, a promotional discount of $650 was misrepresented as a Verizon Financed amount, obligating me to pay it back in installments. Subsequently, on May 14, I attempted to return all purchased items, as they were within the 30-day return window stipulated by Verizon's policy. However, the store manager refused to process the return, contradicting the company's policy. Specifically, I was denied a refund for the inflated charges on the accessories, despite their pristine condition and original packaging. read more

This is by far the best Verizon store, period. I came to this store unsure if I was going to be continuing service with Verizon because I was offered killer deals from other companies, but I have been with Verizon for so long that I wanted to give them the opportunity to be competitive. Ashton was the store associate who helped me, and he literally did everything he could to make sure Verizon kept my business, but more importantly, that I was not just satisfied but truly pleased with my new contract and to continue on with Verizon. I have had negative experiences in several other Verizon stores and I strongly suggest Verizon uses this store as a model of how to carry out customer service. The amazing customer service I received is how Verizon kept my business. Verizon seriously needs to give all the employees in this store a raise because they are well worthy of it! read more

He went over everything step by step to make sure I understood what is happening unlike last few times at the other stores. He was very patient and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and make sure I understood how to use everything that I got. He was super nice and funny and just blast. :) He made my time well worth spent and experience here very enjoyable. I went into Verizon today and had to wait a little bit to be helped. As I was waiting I watched as Brooklyn helped this lady that was extremely rude and condescending to her the whole entire time. Brooklyn never once lost her cool. She treated the this woman with respect she did not deserve at all!! Also as I waited Leo was helping an elderly couple and had so much patience with them. Never once got frustrated or impatient at all!! Then he multi tasked and helped me alongside of helping them! These are wonderful employees and hard workers with great attitudes are very hard to find anymore!! They should be recognized for their hard work and patience in a world that has none!! I will be back to this Verizon for all my future needs! read more

I came in to activate my new phone, and although it took ages for the new phone to update , the guy who helped me was so kind. I'm so sad I didn't get his name, because he was super great.. he did say he is the only one working on Tuesdays though, so that may help narrow him down. Several customers came in and had various questions that didn't even pertain to Verizon products, and he was so kind, patient and led everyone in the right direction. I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and attitude when faced with odd questions like "why is my Facebook messenger app not working?" Or "how do I pay my Frontier bill?" I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future, and it'll be a Tuesday for sure! read more

I walked into Verizon to get help with activating a new account with a phone I already had. My Consultant Lonnie was so AMAZING! Not only did he get me set up with an account but I was able to get A new phone and some other products with some HUGE savings. He's very knowledgeable and not one of those people who tries to sell you stuff just because. He's funny and very patient. If you would like someone who would make your time well spent then I would definitely recommend seeing Lonnie. He will make everything enjoyable. Thank you Lonnie, You are A Rockstar! Also, I was at the other location he's at on Tuesdays but his service was so amazing I wanted to put it on his other location as well. read more

I Felt like the team here was very honest. I say that because I went to another store before I went to this one. some how the phone cost me more to get at the first store I went to. I was told it cost me 300 today for one phone at the first store in Temecula and around 120 at this store. when I asked why it was 300 at the other. I was told they couldn't really tell me as They were not there to know all what was talked about, but they provided me a full breakdown of what I would be paying for And it came out to close to 120. ill definitely be going back. I didn't purchase cause now im thinking of doing all my lines and didnt have time after. I'll be back if you see these reviews guys read more

I could not have had a better experience with this Verizon location! I came in to possibly get a new phone with my upgrade. A gentleman named James helped me and I had the best experience I've ever had in retail! I did not feel pressured into getting what he wanted me to get. James listened to me needs and helped me to pick out the phone that most suited me. Not only did I leave with exactly what I wanted but he also helped me to get the best deal possible and was able to look at my family plan and take a couple unnecessary things off to save me money monthly! Wow! Needless to say, I highly recommend this store and James in particular! read more

I want to take the time to come on a write a good review since people find ways to complain but not compliment as often. I was help by Rosey who was very knowledgeable and well spoken. As soon as I entered the store she greeted me at the door with fantastic energy and great smile. I came in to upgrade my phone and she asked what I do with my current device and the features I wanted to upgrade on. She didn't push anything I didn't want just what I needed. I commend on her sells tactic and wanted to thank her again & give her a Huge Shoutout! Keep up the great work. You deserve to be promoted! read more

Recently traveled through there and had an awesome experience! I was having an issue connecting to service, and also wanted to figure out some things with my bill. Jolee helped me for a good hour and never once gave me attitude or frustration like some of the other Verizon stores I've been to. She was very kind, and super helpful! Go to this store for great customer service! I have no idea why the reviews are so bad here, guess some people just can't understand simple things! read more

Alex Rocks. We went in to replace my wife's old phone and Alex was extremely helpful. He went over the different advantages the phones my wife was interested in, and walked her through the functions on the Samsung S10 she decided on. My son ended up upgrading his phone as well. Though we ended having to stay late to finish up, Alex made no attempt to rush us out, and made sure my wife's questions were answered before we left. Thanks, Alex. read more

I highly recommend this store! This is the only Verizon store I use. The staff are kind, knowledgable, and respectful. My husband and I are always greeted as soon as we walk. Our last visit was due to a billing problem and the manager got it fixed right up for us. I actually drive across town just to go to this store even though the Temecula parkway location is closer. The manager there, always makes sure we are taken care of. read more
