Like the previous reviewer, I too was contacted by the GM of Savvi after my bad review. I do…read moreappreciate the apology and free hotel stay he offered (that you really have to pay for). As I said in the conversation, I didn't expect anything to come out of my previous post so I'm not going to complain about the things sent to us in return for me to change my review. I will increase it to two stars because he took time out of his schedule to personally call me. Other than that, I hope Amanda at least got a warning for speaking to customers so disrespectfully and treating my family terribly. A "manager of the year" should know how to treat customers right. And while my and my husband's experience may be few and far between, I still don't consider her behavior acceptable whatsoever. ------------------------------------------- I never write reviews, but felt my experience with this company needed one. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. By far the worst costumer service, professionalism and overall experience throughout my wedding planning. I initially found out about Savvi through a bridal expo and received a discount through them. My mom and I went to the store to check them out (due to my future husband being deployed). They were extremely pushy and wouldn't let us leave the store without committing to them. Then came the problems. All of our groomsmen were from out of town, so they had to call in then measurements. My father and nephew got measured in the store. In the days preceding the wedding, both picked up their suits and nothing fit. The manager of the store, Amanda, even offended my dad by saying he had gained weight. I'm sorry, but he had gotten measured weeks before and this was inches off. My future father-in-law was measured by his wife and when nothing fit she called her a liar. That's just the tip of the iceberg though. I was in panic mode wondering if anything would fit since their track record with 3 people hadn't been good. They did order extra pieces (their one positive) and promised they'd be in the day before the wedding. Of course, they weren't. There was a "problem with UPS". Amanda was terribly rude and when I was extremely upset because their store made a mistake and panicking about the suits arriving on time she wouldn't admit blame. They were hand delivered on the day of the wedding and thank goodness everything fit or else I would've had a major meltdown. This company caused me an unneeded amount of stress the day and days leading up to my wedding. I would have gladly gone with Men's Wearhouse and paid a little more to have peace of mind. I know this is a long review, but please do not order your suits from these people. I cannot explain just how offensive, rude and unhelpful they were to me, my now husband and my family members.

I have been an amateur audiophile for decades and two years ago decided that when I retired I…read morewanted an outstanding new sound system, thus beginning several years of research, reading, and listening- but nothing really grabbed me. Then I discovered the Legacy Focus SE tower speakers in several issues of "the absolute sound" where they featured their annual High-End Audio Buyer's guides and Editor's Choice Awards. Fabulous write-up that highlighted terrific sound and a value well above its super-reasonable price point. Music to my ears. After two + years of all my research I was knocked over on the great sound that exceeded all the others I had listened to from showrooms to annual hifi shows, that were several times the price and more. The Legacy SEs were a big WOW. I also wanted to combine my two existing towers (four total)- one pair was dedicated to music and one pair to home theater, and so when I asked the local dealer James from Destination Hifi about doing it and he told how he could easily get it done, with James' superb technical guidance I combined two sets of tower speakers into one set of tower speakers- the Legacy Focus SEs. Needless to say I was totally knocked over by the big sounding Legacy Focus SEs that had the sound I wanted to hear- super realistic with a fabulous sound stage that was just amazing- like all the performers are in the center of my living room. I also opted for the Legacy center channel for TV and movies, their top one of that line that again was amazing for a great price, and a Legacy subwoofer. I have had the new system for about a month now and there are not words to describe how great it sounds on CDs like Yello, which has one in particular (their 30-year reunion) that is off the charts, to vocals, to tamer music. Last night we watched an action movie with lots of sound affects and we felt like we were in a large custom high end movie house flying the helicopters. One must have for the Legacy Focus SEs is additional super dense rubber feet that Legacy calls "pucks" that the existing rubber feet slide into which I was provided for no extra charge. I have a stone floor and they made a huge difference in the quality of the sound. What a treat for me after all these years of finally getting speakers the quality of the Legacy Focus SEs. It was meant to be I guess. I hope to have many years of exciting listening ahead and have cancelled a couple of trips so I can enjoy my total entertainment room set-up. For me, my once in a lifetime investment in top music listening gear with the Legacy speakers is an utter joy.

She has helped me carry packages to my front porch. I appreciate her very much. There was some confusion yesterday about a package delivery, but I don't blame her. It was such a heavy package that a strong man by himself could not have picked it up and carried it. I felt like she'd been given an impossible task. I reached out to Amazon and explained what had happened, and I asked them to do two things, which they agreed to do: 1) explain to Fedex that this driver was given an impossible task for her to do; and 2) contact the manufacturer of the product and explain that, while it is convenient for them to ship it all in one box, it's not realistic (or safe) for the Fedex driver or the customer to try to carry all of this in one box. I'm hoping we can have a new and better relationship with Fedex. We just ask that our packages be placed on our porch (we're senior citizens), and I'm happy to assist if necessary.
