BUYER BEWARE: We had one good delivery which I gave 5 stars. Since then, we have had nothing but harassment from Fedex. One of their drivers was arrested here for throwing controlled substances, medication, over the backyard privacy fence where our dog nearly ate 90 mg. of Xanax. He was arrested for illegal distribution of a controlled substance.
Another left cardiac medication (see review by Alvin Bick above) where a child could have stolen it. One pill would have killed anyone under 150 pounds who did not have this heart condition. That person was arrested.
Then they sent some woman over here, lying through her teeth, about the driver in Girard "accidentally" delivering a package to our home, four miles from Girard.
The woman who came here claiming this said that we had it; we would owe for it; they needed it back, or there would be, "issues." Like billing us for a $4000 Apple computer that we did not take or order and calling the police on us.
Luckily, my ADT audio/visual camera recorded all of here lies and threats to file a false police report on us. And we have the legal signage to use it all in court. When I told here that her problem wasn't with us--we didn't have her package. In fact, her problem would be with ADT when I showed the court the legal recording of her lies and threats of false police reports, and she'd be the one going to jail, she got scared and said, "Oh! My mistake!", (Ya' think?), and she ran off. I reported her to the police as well.
Fedex is a lousy service. The have harassed us and damaged our deliveries more than once. Chewy can verify that. And today we had to end a 9-year business relationship with Chewy over Fedex.
The agent from Chewy was not happy at all. He said he, in fact, had a meeting with his team about Fedex, and he was going to play the ENTIRE call for them all to hear.
I hope that Chewy terminates its contract with Fedex. It sounds like they may after they listen to all of this.
As far as my previous 5-star review, disregard that. Fedex is strictly a 1-star operation, and if I could give it negative stars, I would. Fedex will lie, steal, commit crime on your property, try to rip you off with "fake deliveries", forge your signature...it's all criminal. Still want to trust Fedex?
They will and do forge signatures to establish their signature as yours, especially for medications, and then steal them and leave you holding the bag or get arrested if some kid gets the meds and dies, but Fedex will get you blamed by forging your signature that you accepted delivery; leave it where it can be easily stolen by kids or anyone; and if they end up dead, you end up guilty because YOU signed for it and left it at the gate by the sidewalk. Or you don't get your meds, but Fedex said you signed for it (they believe that whatever they put in their delivery device is Gospel) What an evil scam and set-up.
