She has helped me carry packages to my front porch. I appreciate her very much. There was some confusion yesterday about a package delivery, but I don't blame her. It was such a heavy package that a strong man by himself could not have picked it up and carried it. I felt like she'd been given an impossible task. I reached out to Amazon and explained what had happened, and I asked them to do two things, which they agreed to do: 1) explain to Fedex that this driver was given an impossible task for her to do; and 2) contact the manufacturer of the product and explain that, while it is convenient for them to ship it all in one box, it's not realistic (or safe) for the Fedex driver or the customer to try to carry all of this in one box. I'm hoping we can have a new and better relationship with Fedex. We just ask that our packages be placed on our porch (we're senior citizens), and I'm happy to assist if necessary.

I reserved ahead of time about a week and arranged pick up time and destination. The car arrived at the appointed time and delivered me safely to my destination without any issue. I appreciated the ride and the service Baldwin Shuttle rendered. I would use them again. I would also add that they were sensitive to the COVID-19 situation and I felt completely safe.
