I try to avoid him but went in after a 2 month break. This dude tells me he just signed a petition to have it banned (that trump is going to do it LOL) and he points to the Kratom and 7OH. I immediately ask why he works for a store that sells stuff he's personally against selling, he was just kinda speechless. Then he says Kratom (that shit) is killing people. I tell him no sir it is not, let's just not talk about this. (He's ringing me up which take 5+ minutes with this dude, he's the only one that takes that long and he asks me my phone number every time where every other employee knows it by now.) anyways, he said you can leave the store. I ask him if he is serious as I'm walking out and he tells me I'm not going to come in and "argue" with him. This place is a joke, and could never keep products in stock. You add in this guy... DO NOT COME HERE if you value not being treated like dog poop. This isn't the first problem I've had with this dude. He seems to treat women much better (like my mom) I've seen this over and over. Vapor maven doesn't not care and has not got back with me. To the owner of this store, this guy is running people out the door. I have a friend and 2 family members that were treated rudely by him as well. I posted exactly what happened on Reddit so people can avoid this place and company. I went home with the Xros vape, a bunch of extra pods, and a couple of bottles of menthol liquids. They were right, and I went again today. An older gentleman helped me, and turned me on to the larger 3ml pods. I'll be going back for a couple more boxes of those, as everything went perfectly. I've got 3 XROS devices, sitting on charger stands (Made for Apple TV remotes - but they work great for this), and a batch of filled pods. Now I have the convenience of the Vuse Alto system without the expense of their disposable pods ($30+ for four) Thanks, guys!

I went to exchange it today. they offered me an exchange but I had to exchange it for the same brand. they did not have my flavor so I tried one that a very nice employee recommended. I did not like it at all. so the gentleman helping me went to who I am assuming was the manager and let him know what happened. At that point the manager went off. Informed him that he shouldn't recommend anything ever. And then he told the employee to just make an exchange but don't recommend anything to me at all. And then he said it four more times, picked up the device brought his arm all the way up and slammed it in the trash. Turned around to walk out of the room and repeated again I'm telling you not to recommend anything ever again and looked at me and told me I had to pick myself and to not ask for a recommendation.At that point their selection was so bad and they had nothing that I would smoke, and I looked at them and said this wasn't about the money. This was just wanting an exchange, rather , it was for something less expensive or more expensive I would've paid more and I didn't need a refund if I paid less. The furniture came with no paperwork from the manufacturer, so we went back to the store to get it along with a few questions. Long story short we found out the furniture came with no warranty on the leather and more importantly the electric and mechanical hardware in the recliners. At no time during the sale or nowhere on the contract was any mention made of a "Non Warranty" sale. When spending well over $3000 Dollars on a new piece of furniture most buyers have expectations that if something goes wrong, your furniture will be covered. Had this "Non-Warranty" been explained to us we would not have purchased the couch. We will be pursuing this matter further, as we feel they (Furniture Row) were very deceptive and possibly infringed on some legalities for consumer protection.
