I went home with the Xros vape, a bunch of extra pods, and a couple of bottles of menthol liquids. They were right, and I went again today. Their hours are scheduled to open at 9am, but I've been there several times at that time or even 30-40 minutes after and they're not there. I understand business and it's sometimes more cost efficient to wait to open up until your business earnings typically begin... Unless your customers arrive when they expect you to be open and you're not open. It's even more difficult when they're on a different schedule and are relying on being to able to come to your business on a time crunch but you're not available when you said you would be. I would just change my hours to make it convenient for your business costs but also not lie to your customers and say you're going to be open but you aren't. Open earlier some days and later on others. We understand! We just count on reliability and it really affects your business. I've seen other reviews on Google, I know I'm not the only who notices this.
