Kinda sparse, not as loaded down with Shenanigans as the other head shop place in Spfld. But they have also been here a mad long time so, I take that into consideration. But I am absolutely giving this place some stars because my first and only trip in there, the owner was WHEEZING and CRYING with laughter because he sprayed some friends that had walked in with fart spray. It was absolutely gnarly and smelled like 3 week old boiled eggs. Smelled awful, but very to funny watch. 4/5. Please bring in Jewelry at decent prices :,)

When I contacted them to see why the points were not on my account like the notification said I was told it was a glitch in the system and it was made through corporate. The promotion they said I won was real and they definitely should be making a better offer to the other people they did this to.

I have had a few bad experiences with the lady that works there and today was by far the worst! I asked her to let me put it all in one bag as I know it fits. She said "it doesn't fit just let me do my job" very ignorantly. I was purchasing 2 ounces total and when she got to the next kind she made a comment that it was mostly shake and I said I will just take the other in a full zip. She ignored me and continued on. Once we got to the checkout counter ai asked her if they had set schedules or worked random shifts and she told me they work certain days. I asked her when the guy worked and her exact response was "so you can come in when he is here and not me". At that point I had had it. I'm in here spending my money and I was not rude to her Until that point and I said "yes becuase your customer service sucks" i grabbed my bag gave the money and walked out. As I was walking out she yelled "fuck you bitch". I have worked with people my whole life and I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service!
