The curbside service (for med patients) is phenomenal, and the only trouble I have ever had at this location is navigating through the occasional construction and events that go on downtown every now and then. They also give med patients an extra 10% off of every order which is really nice!

There's just no sense in driving in an unfamiliar area to get ganja. Busy during the week when office workers really shouldn't be shopping for the pernicious weed, however I shouldn't judge because where they work may necessitate mother nature to get through the afternoon. Good selection, good pricing, pleasant interior, friendly workers. Like all dispensaries, there will be added fees and taxes so you'll end up paying more than you thought. **PSA**: Lori (the lady running this so-called company) is…read morescamming everyone. A little over an hour ago, I went to the office location here in my town directly after getting off the phone with her. It is in a building with multiple different businesses. So I went into the first one and asked about MCCO. The gentleman told me they moved out years ago and that, in his opinion, it did not seem like a lawful company from the things he saw and heard. Lori is a scam artist. I called her today in regard to a legal matter. I have to have a document signed (the 2nd and LAST one) by the prescribing physician, which mind you is not her. It is simply a document stating I am stable in the cannabis program, and all that is required is the physician's signature. The only other one was signed in 2022 by the doctor, and at this time, Lori was trying to convince me that I had to pay $250 for it. Fortunately, I made it clear that that was absolutely unnecessary and wrong, and I was able to get it signed. Today was quite the opposite experience. I am finally able to complete my legal matter, and the other form signed by the doctor is now expired as it is from 2022, so it cannot be reused, I need an updated one) She immediately copped an attitude with me when I explained everything, and without any hesitation, she refused to assist me. I have all of the proof on my end and would be more than happy to provide that with no problem. I have NEVER been spoken to so unprofessionally by an employee. The last thing she said to me was, "I let you have the other for free, I'm not doing shit for you!!" And hung up the phone. I am currently getting the police involved, and I am writing this SINCERE post to try my best at warning people. If anyone has any further information or experiences, feel free to leave a comment.

My Son's experience: Do not use this company for your…read moremedical license. I am a college student, paying my own way, 19, with PTSD. I signed up, paid for my certification and 3 year license. Received my 3 year medicinal license in Nov. of 24. In October of 25 I got a call unexpectedly asking for $125 to schedule an appointment to meet with the Dr again. I told her I paid for a 3 year license and was already certified by her Dr. She said I have to pay and have an appointment every year or they would notify the state they are no longer certifying my license. This sounded like a scam, everyone I talked to before I got my license said it was one dr appointment and then I would have my license for 3 years. After some back and forth she lowered the appointment price to $100 and then later she dropped it to $90. This made me think this was definitely a scam. I said I was willing to meet with the Dr. again but I would not pay anymore than what I paid when I got my license. Extra appointments and costs were not discussed when I originally agreed and the phone call was very sketchy. She said she would tell the Dr. A couple days later I got a letter from the state saying they pulled my medical license because my provider puled their certification. I called Medical Cannabis Outreach and talked to the owner. It is their policy to charge their patients every year for an evaluation whether their license is 3 years or 1 year. They pulled my certification after one phone call where I wouldn't pay $100 on the spot. I now do not have access to medicine I use to treat my PTSD/anxiety/depression. I'm 19 so no recreational marijuana to fall back on. The owner said I should find a different provider. I had to find a new provider (illinoiscannabis.org), recertify my 3 year license, and repay for both after Medical Cannabis Outreach cost me my 3 year medicinal license less than 1 year into my certification.

I have had a few bad experiences with the lady that works there and today was by far the worst! I asked her to let me put it all in one bag as I know it fits. I was purchasing 2 ounces total and when she got to the next kind she made a comment that it was mostly shake and I said I will just take the other in a full zip. She ignored me and continued on. Once we got to the checkout counter ai asked her if they had set schedules or worked random shifts and she told me they work certain days. I asked her when the guy worked and her exact response was "so you can come in when he is here and not me". At that point I had had it. I'm in here spending my money and I was not rude to her Until that point and I said "yes becuase your customer service sucks" i grabbed my bag gave the money and walked out.
