09/03/25 Paige and Zack did not have ethical behavior. Paige was telling Zack what to do voicing her opinions in front of all customers. This behavior was very unethical. Zack then refused to help and suggested the customer go to another store that was not open. I have been a customer of AT&T over 40 yrs and was very dissatisfied with the customer service presented from these 2 employees. Very sad that employees don't understand how to act in front of customers. 1 star is too good for this experience. read more

DO NOT BUY S PHONE HERE, This location is an Authorized retailer, NOT a company AT&T Store. My 80 year old mother came to this store to upgrade her old iPhone, the salesperson not only lied to her and sent her home with the new phone without properly completing the set up. but also added a new line to her contract without telling her. It appears to be his attempt to work around the improper set he performed on the phone. When she went back for help to get the new phone working properly she was told they couldn't help her. I took her to a company owned store where they were very helpful and spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem, tried resetting her Apple ID so we could log out and reset the phone but and after two trips they couldn't fix her phone so I transferred her phone number to my contract and got a new phone and tried to return the phone she purchased but the manager wouldn't help because I wasn't set up as an authorized person and the only way I can get them to even consider a return is to bring my mom in person (a 1 hour drive each way) They really don't care about you after they get your money. Be sure you deal with a corporate owned AT&T store if you want to get any reasonable assistance. read more

BEST customer service I have ever had at an A T &T store!!! After experiencing difficulties with brand new equipment at another location a friend strongly recommended the SW Plaza, Veterans Pkwy, location. Daniel Hardin and Joe Rudis both assisted me. They were kind, returned the malfunctioning equipment, replaced it, installed the software while making sure the sound and SIM card were functioning well. They also saw to it that I got the very best deal possible. While I was there, several other customers came in declaring this was the best store, with the best service. Everyone masked, well distanced, curbside available. At the other location I waited an hour even though I had an appointment. read more

My husband and i went to the other att store off of wabash to upgrade our phones and waited for about 30 minutes. We were told we were second in line when we arrived. It didn't seem like the employees were happy that we had our one year old with us but he wasn't crying or acting obnoxious by any means. I think they were hopeful we would leave if we waited long enough and we ended up doing so. We stopped by this location not very hopeful that we would be welcomed by their employees but it was quite the opposite. There were two employees working when we arrived and no other customers there. Both of the men working when we arrived were amazing. We worked directly with Daniel who walked us through everything and was more than helpful. Daniel was extremely informative and we never felt like we were being pushed into buying products or services that we weren't interested in. He made sure our son had cartoons on to occupy him for some of visit. We ended up leaving with two new phones and my husband actually returned to the store later to sign up for direct tv now and new phone cases. read more

Returned two phones here for a trade in promo and AT&T is not honoring one of them because they can't find the returned device. This is absurd! Someone working here is not doing their job correctly. read more
