Let me start off by saying my phone screen had been broken for a while and I dropped it and it…read morewouldn't work at all. I rushed around town trying to find somewhere to fix it and I decided to call a place at the mall. The man who ran the business and worked there said that he can fix it, I asked how much it would be he said "no price". Which I knew it wouldn't be free. I went because I was desperate, I got there he looked at my phone, he said he could do it, and that it would be about 30 minutes. I asked him numerous times how much it was going to cost and he said that he would tell me after the service was done. I noticed a sign on his stand that said "stating at $39.99" so I didn't think the price was going to be awful. After going back and fourth with him for a while I let him fix the phone and waiting for about 25-30 minutes. I came back and was very happy about my phone being fixed and it worked great. I then asked him how much it was going to be and he said$270. I said that I was not paying that much, after a while he dropped it down to $250, I then had to make a call about getting payment, I had my card in my hand and he said I could go to the atm, I said I was not going to pay cash and that I was going to pay with card. He then dropped it down to $230 but with tax it was over $250. After arguing with the price he took my card out of my hand and started walking away with it towards the atm. I took the card back out of his hand and explained that I would not be paying with cash. Eventually, he dropped the price to $240 not including tax. I thought it was done there. I then get a fraud alert on my phone from my card for a very expensive charge and another charge. I have not used the card anywhere out of the regular in the past week then that place. Do not recommend. Do not go!!

Daniel Hardin and Joe Rudis both assisted me. They were kind, returned the malfunctioning equipment, replaced it, installed the software while making sure the sound and SIM card were functioning well. They also saw to it that I got the very best deal possible. While I was there, several other customers came in declaring this was the best store, with the best service. Everyone masked, well distanced, curbside available. At the other location I waited an hour even though I had an appointment.

Zack then refused to help and suggested the customer go to another store that was not open. I have been a customer of AT&T over 40 yrs and was very dissatisfied with the customer service presented from these 2 employees. Very sad that employees don't understand how to act in front of customers. 1 star is too good for this experience.
