The Bunn-O-Matic is a solid 5 star Coffee maker! Brief advice....Get One Today!…read more There are few things in life within our control that deliver simple and satisfying pleasure. A perfectly brewed cup of coffee is one of those. I am not a coffee snob but, after my grandmother introduced me at the age of six,I've been drinking it. Probably every morning since 15. About 8 years ago after struggling with a few lesser brewers,it was recommended by a friend that I get a Bunn. Everyone has seen them but few are in homes. More so now than in the past. They are not cheap but, this is an investment. After purchasing, I set it up and anxiously awaited it to be ready to brew. This machine stays hot 24/7/365. So,after setting up it takes a few hours to come up to temp. That's the secret. They are always hot n ready. In addition they maintain a higher temperature than most countertop makers. This allows a pot to literally brew in minutes. I can't tell you how fantastic this machine is . I've had no problems and as I mentioned,I think mines 9 years old. You do have to unplug, drain and clean the interior of any mineral buildup but, easy peasy. In addition,if you're out of town it needs to be unplugged. Not only for safety but,the reservoir will evaporate over time leaving and empty container. Any maintenance is well worth the efficiency and flavor you get

Springfield Vintage was one of our first stops, and it was such a great experience! We had a great conversation with the shop owner. You can tell that everything is well cared for, and the shop is organized very well. Most vintage shops tend to feel a bit cluttered, but not this one! Seriously, this was such a cool place to stop.
