    Ordered $1500 worth of fencing material online and opted for delivery. Order placed November 1st…read more Chose Saturday Nov 12 8:00-12:00 for delivery. I received a text notification Friday the 11th that my order was on its way. Today, Saturday Nov 12 at 2:00PM (2 hours after the delivery window) I get a call from someone at the store telling me that my order hasn't even been pulled because online sales and the store doesn't work well together. Whatever that means. So I wasted two weeks waiting on an order they didn't plan to fulfill. I would have preferred to be told "sorry, you're not worth our time" up front so I could shop somewhere else while the weather was still good. DO NOT order anything online. DO NOT fall for their delivery scam. Go to Menards.

    DON'T YOU BELIEVE THEM…read more.. My wife and I recently bought carpet for our three bedrooms at Lowe's before the holidays, and we were ASSURED that my veteran discount would apply. However, after I took a look at the invoice which had several discrepancies, but there was also numerous errors on the receipt...fuzzy accounting. Not only did we not get the 10% veterans discount, we were overcharged 100 sqft of carpet which wasn't used. And even after I told them that the estimated sqft-age was wrong and no one bothered to correct it. So, I'm stick with 100 sqft of carpet I can't use... Everyone was in a BIG hurry to get the SALE, but no one bothered to make sure it was correct. And when I brought these discrepancies up to the sales staff, I was assured everything was going to be worked out. But now that the SALE is finalized, it none of their concern and the only thing the sales rep says, is "I'm Sorry", like my wife and I didn't hear her correctly. NO, WE WERE LIED TO!!! In fact, everyone we dealt in the Flooring Department lied to us. I asked ever time we were in Lowe's trying to select the right carpet. I have a GOOD-MIND to take them to court. They misrepresented themselves, lies numerous times to get the SALE. I don't know if they know this but oral contracts are binding in the State of Illinois. And to top it all off, we never received the GIFT CARD for 10% off the carpet... WTH is this Lowe's coming to...

    My experience: My parents AppleTV needed restored(due to…read morebotched update, probably) during Christmas break which required a microusb cable and a little patience. I went in and got a condescending attitude "this is for the network, you plug it into your network" and "there isn't usb on the back" (which is completely incorrect.) I understand that often times the majority of your customer base doesn't know computer from potato, but I came in FOR A CABLE FFS. (Luckily, down the street was a Walgreens and they had an assortment of microusb cables (which allowed me to fix the problem with minimal effort.) If you're touting yourselves as Apple Specialists that have been in the business for 30 years, you may want to update your practices and experiences those 3 decades to the current day knowledge that your customers deserve. Again, thanks for nothing micropower. You are out of touch and irrelevant and may want to consider changing your name to nanopower or picopower.

    I have been there with my 1st Mac...spilled liquid on it and they transfrred info to a new Mac…read more Then my new Mac was not running right. Took it in and they called and said it was ready.I was using it outside on my patio and it had sucked up a lots dirt, dust and debris. They fixed me up. Tomorrow my iPad goes in to get battery checked. The Apple help line remoted into my iPad and couldn't find the problem. She made the appointment fo with Micropower! Happy Apple owner!
