I bought an order online Oct 14, 2021. The order was withdrawn from my account on Nov 4, 2021. I checked the store on Friday Nov 13th because I could not find order tracking. Was told that a truck had arrived the week before and turned away due to store remodel. She also stated that the truck was due to arrive the next day. When I got home and checked my email there was an email stating my order had arrived and was ready for pickup. I went to the store today to pick up the order (made a special trip to Springfield to pick up the order, I do not reside in Springfield). The manager appeared to be put out just to even search for the package. Said it was not there. I asked her to check on where it went which really put her out. (She had a personal visitor waiting for her). She went in the office and came back out and said the office is closed you will have to contact them yourself. She did not take my name or any contact info just gave me my copy of email back and went on her marry way. I generally do not write negative reviews. But I am still upset with this persons attitude. I did call and the gentleman on the phone was very kind (called from the parking lot in front of the store) He stated he would check for the location of my order and would be contacting me in within 2 days. A shame the store manager could not have handled this herself instead of just not wanting to be bothered.

No carts?!? Not many people in the store, appeared there were only 3 carts in use…read more I was able to snag one by waiting at the cash register until a shopper finished with it. But the carts now have a large long pole extending at the top so that you can't take the cart out of the store. I usually fill two carts maybe more when I go there. This time, knowing that I would have to schlep it all out across the parking lot, I only bought a small amount. Been going there for years. Not going back.

Off the Wall is a nice change of pace for styles that you're not going to find anywhere else in a…read moremall or standard clothing store. I can find all sorts of band tshirts, hippy trippy styles and skater styles. Lots of darker colors too. You can find so many tapestries, huge options for incents, plugs and jewlery. I've gotten a few beautiful dreamcatchers and NSFW worded items here too (even more adult options in the store in champaign il)... I've never had an issue with the workers, but I also understand the lack of people wanting to work and available workers on one shift. Give people a chance! The prices feel a little steep at times, but its worth having a place to shop that isn't like everywhere else, especially if you're not into what "everyone else is wearing" styles. This is by far my favorite place to shop as an adult.

The goal of the visit was to pick up popcorn, chips, pop and candy for all of my nieces and nephews and little cousins, so that we can have movie night (I only see them a couple of times a year). We found nice candy bags to store all of the candy and popcorn holders that read "Popcorn" on them of all sizes. Ambiance: Very busy, stocked with everything i needed and things my dollar general in my neighborhood do not carry (that i wish they did). Service: Anything that we looked for, that we could not locate on our own, we were walked there and given full information on them. She was friendly, personable and professional. Even the young man that worked there was cordial and professional... an example of his leadership. There is this HUGE bag of popcorn that we were advised of, the manager kept trying to tell me that it was really good and most people buy multiple bags of it. Whyyyyyy didn't i listen to her and buy more than one? That popcorn was sooooo good. I'll be back for me when i come back home!
