My husband and I were in recently looking for a new mattress. Our sales associate, Lee, was very knowledgeable and friendly. At first, we were not sure which exact mattress we wanted, so he worked with us to find how our sleep patterns are, and we were able to try out the majority of the mattresses on the floor to find the perfect one that fit our needs. We never felt pressured and were able to explore all our options. There are great incentives currently as it is near Labor Day. Absolutely horrible customer service!! Even after contacting their corporate headquarters , I received absolutely no response!! 2 months after buying a $2700 mattress it started making popping and crunching noises. I was told to "submit a video of the sound" to a warranty website. It was ineffective to try to capture the sound as it was so muffled!! Avoid this store. Very dishonest!! read more

I was lucky enough to have Crystal Webster as my sales expert who was friendly and knowledgeable on all the beds offered there and detailed descriptions of the materials in the beds. We were not pressured and didn't buy the first night we went in as we wanted to shop around the local area and mall for the best mattress for my husband who has had a double spinal fusion. Crystal was so confident in her store and products that she was not offended or pushy at all she actually encouraged us to feel comfortable shopping around and she was understanding and she would be available if and when we needed her. So after a very long weekend of shopping we returned to see Crystal again this Sunday and purchased our mattress and she got us an even better deal than we first inquired upon the previous Friday. I absolutely loved the attention and time she gave us to make sure we got what we needed and not at all pushy and we were not rushed to purchase. So after visiting many mattress stores and meeting a variety of sales people and hearing a lot of different gimmicks I can say mattress firm has much better products and customer service than all the other mattress stores in the area including sears and macys and I was 100% more satisfied with the level of customer service Crystal provided at mattress firm and wish all sales people were as professional, respectful and courteous as she was. I will buy from this mattress firm again in the future and would recommend family and friends to visit and purchase from this location and Definetly ask for Crystal Webster she was fabulous and was an expert in mattresses and explaining everything we needed to know about them all. read more

Heather instantly told us about the sale that was going on in the store. Heather went above and beyond to please us as her customers. When we first entered the store we were blown away by the selection, cleanliness and helpfulness of the sales staff. They also offered great incentives for purchasing, 90 day price match, and timeliness. Now you are probably asking why is he stating all these great things and he ranked it 1 star.. Well behind all the smoke and mirrors the store puts on is a world full of lies and despair. The delivery became a huge ordeal as it was lightly sprinkling and they did not want to deliver. I was already home and assured them it was okay if the floors got dirty and that no other delivery date would work. After going back and forth they delivered the mattress and assembled it. Once they left I noticed there were red stains all over the mattress that were soaked in ( not fully noticeable). I went back to the store and showed them the stains. The assistant manager at this store told me this never happens with tempurpedic beds and set up a replacement and delivery right then and there at no charge. I was blown away that it was that easy. One of the incentives for purchasing this bed was a "free" 150$ pillow that we picked out. 1 month went by and we had not recieved the pillow or heard about it. I finally called to see what had happened and the same salesman/assistant manager stated he would look into this and take care of it. Over the next 2 months I called at least 10 times to the local store and spoke with this man leaving my number, asking the status of my pillow, and every time he had an excuse. By the last call he state he could not give that pillow and I got him to refund me the money on my bill. He also could not give me his district managers phone number but could give me the customer support number which he sees all questions and complaints. I called the number and there were no options to just talk to someone. Every option I selected I was re-directed to a auto answer stating they were off for the holiday.. It's Jan 7th.... and this was also during their "open" customer service hours. I have also sent 2 emails to their support and have not heard back. Spending 6,000$ on a bed deserves a little more respect and customer service. Please as a customer be forewarned that this store is just a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Their customer service which is throughout the country appears to be just as big of a joke as this store. I advise you to stay clear of this company at all costs. read more

I purchased a World Class Simmons Beauty Rest from the store from their "outlet" section and I paid 1300 for it along with a mattress pad for 200 because according to the salesperson Heather Pearst I needed it to guarantee my warranty. She explain to me that the only thing that would not be covered the 100 days sleep guarantee where they allow you to test it out, but the Simmons warranty is still good in case of any problems such as sagging or anything else that may go wrong. She explain to me that this bed came with a 10 year warranty. Well now I have problems and I received a little nasty note saying that since I bought this in their outlet section which by the way is a wall with mattress stacked against them yes it is on the same floor as all the rest any ways Now my bed is sagging and we cant even sleep in the bed because it hurts our backs so bad. So I took the little letter I got in the mail in to show the male that works there and he said to take some pictures of the bed and Ill try to plead your case to my GM. HUH? What happen to the warranty? Why did I purchase a $200 mattress pad? DO NOT DO IT !!! I just paid $1500 for something we cant sleep on. read more
