This was such a frustrating trip. There was a sign on the door saying to wear a mask, and we would…read morenot have entered otherwise. After we had already breathed the air in their poorly ventilated store for awhile, we noticed that several of the employees were not wearing masks AT ALL. I brought it to the attention of perhaps the manager or owner, who was also not wearing a mask. She told me that the people at the counter were required to wear masks. I told her that they were not all wearing them. She argued that they were. I told her that I had literally just seen them and that she could look for herself. She then changed her story, saying that the CDC does not require them to wear masks. I would prefer to shop places that do not put their customers lives at risk and argue with them for no reason. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone and will never return...even after the end of this global pandemic.

He asked several questions to verify what we were asking to see was really what we wanted. The prices are not cheap, but neither are their products. The first three times we bought there I did comparison pricing for the same items at other furniture stores and the Hendrick's price was always the lowest. Never had a bad experience. They offer a decorating service but we've never used it. I've never felt pressured to buy or decide on the spot. We often floor shop other stores but always end up buying at Hendrick's.

He offered to try to fix it but if he couldn't do it right the first time, I didn't trust him to have it a second time. And I didn't want the clock to be gone another 8 months. I took it to another shop, cost me an additional $550 but it works now. The second repair shop told me there were many parts which should have been replaced in the first repair and weren't. I even contacted the BBB and they were no help in trying to recoup part of my expense. Buyer beware - don't take your clock there for repair.

Well, that's me and my husband. Not only was LL about 50 cents cheaper a square foot, the flooring was better quality. We were so surprised, as we thoughts our mind was made up and only went to LL as a time-killer before lunch. We ended up going back to get flooring for two additional rooms and the staff at the Springfield location was very helpful. The store certainly doesn't look like much, but trust me - it's what's on inside that counts. Highly recommend!

Her primary request was for me to change the rating and review, not about my concerns (this is where a simple "we can absolutely get her some training and do this better" would have been handy) After talking with her, I said I would be very happy to wait and work with them in June and update the review and the rating based on that experience. Well, June is here and I didn't hear from them, but I guess I know now why I didn't And that's too bad because I was actually looking forward to it. I wish them the best.

This changed in March, I needed some plumbing work done by a certain date. I called a week ahead of time and told them I needed it done before the next Thursday. John was scheduled to come out on Tuesday. He called Tuesday morning and said he needed to reschedule until Thursday. I told him I absolutely had to have it done Thursday. I called again on Wednesday to say again I had to have the work done on Thursday. John called Thursday morning saying he needed to put the job off until the next Tuesday. I must admit I was quite indignant with him. I called someone else who said they could come. I called the office to cancel. When the office called John, he told them he was on his way. He was here 2 hours and billed me for 4. The next time I went down in the crawl space, I noticed he had kicked all my ductwork loose. Maybe it was just a bad week for the guy, but I would never, ever call them again.
