They gave me a date and time for delivery and my adult son was home all afternoon on the delivery day and we have 2 dogs that go absolutely crazy with barking when anyone even walks up the sidewalk to our house and no one came. They said they were there but they did not leave a notice on our door which the head Ashley office said they would have done if they had been there. I called the manager for the store, I believe Damian was his name, and he was the rudest most obnoxious, unprofessional person I have ever experienced in my 72 yrs. He even hung up on my son. He would not even listen to me or let me explain my side but kept running his mouth saying we were lying and wouldn't even let me speak. I can definitely see why they are going out of business. There was no way they would even work with me to compromise but insisted that to get the sofa which i had already paid for I would have to pay another $180 to get it delivered so that would have been $360 for delivery that I had already paid for.

The painting and re-purposing work is sloppy and they don't spend much time or energy on the finishing. (Anybody can chalk paint. The art is in the finishes, waxes, etc.). And the ideas weren't all that unique. To top it off, the prices are ridiculously high. The pieces they have are those that sell at auctions for almost nothing, and they'll slap a $395 price tag in it. There are better re-purposing stores. I'd recommend finding one of them. Won't be back here.

The furniture came with no paperwork from the manufacturer, so we went back to the store to get it along with a few questions. Long story short we found out the furniture came with no warranty on the leather and more importantly the electric and mechanical hardware in the recliners. At no time during the sale or nowhere on the contract was any mention made of a "Non Warranty" sale. When spending well over $3000 Dollars on a new piece of furniture most buyers have expectations that if something goes wrong, your furniture will be covered. Had this "Non-Warranty" been explained to us we would not have purchased the couch. We will be pursuing this matter further, as we feel they (Furniture Row) were very deceptive and possibly infringed on some legalities for consumer protection.

Furniture is not their main focus & is used to display clothes & knick knacks, to the point of not being able to see their furniture very well.
