Zack then refused to help and suggested the customer go to another store that was not open. I have been a customer of AT&T over 40 yrs and was very dissatisfied with the customer service presented from these 2 employees. Very sad that employees don't understand how to act in front of customers. 1 star is too good for this experience.

My 80…read moreyear old mother came to this store to upgrade her old iPhone, the salesperson not only lied to her and sent her home with the new phone without properly completing the set up. but also added a new line to her contract without telling her. It appears to be his attempt to work around the improper set he performed on the phone. When she went back for help to get the new phone working properly she was told they couldn't help her. I took her to a company owned store where they were very helpful and spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem, tried resetting her Apple ID so we could log out and reset the phone but and after two trips they couldn't fix her phone so I transferred her phone number to my contract and got a new phone and tried to return the phone she purchased but the manager wouldn't help because I wasn't set up as an authorized person and the only way I can get them to even consider a return is to bring my mom in person (a 1 hour drive each way) They really don't care about you after they get your money. Be sure you deal with a corporate owned AT&T store if you want to get any reasonable assistance.

Run, don't walk, away from this store! I had to spend over 6 hours between 3 phone calls over 3…read moremonths with corporate AT&T to get my bill corrected after trading in my phone for a new one. I was told my bill would be reduced under a special trade-in promotion, that the new phone would be zero cost to me. My bill shows a payment plan for 38 months at a total cost of $700 for the new phone and corporate could find no record of my phone being traded in. They ran a credit report on me without telling me, nor my permission (which wasn't necessary as I have been an AT&T customer since 1985). They were supposed to email my receipt to me (which I never received), they told later I would have to come in to the store to get it, when they could have simply emailed it upon my request. An iphone in another state was added to my account (never had iphone & never will). Corporate was appalled at all the errors made by this store AND the errors were made by an employee who told me he was the manager!
