I've been trying to call for several days to find out what the return process was. I went out there today and was told that all returns were being done online. I was given a link. In going to that link I was taken to a chat program. After 45 minutes I was told that I needed to return it to the place I had just left. I went back and was told, for the first time, not when I purchased the product, not when I was on the chat, not when I was there the first time, earlier that day, but just now, that they have a 14-day return policy and that since this was day 16 they would not processing a return. Now mind you, I understand there is a pandemic. But that pandemic has not one time prevented them from billing me every penny and on the day it was owed. So it seems like the pandemic gate only swings one way. Terrible service. Makes Comcast look like five-star hotel service by comparison.

It appears to be his attempt to work around the improper set he performed on the phone. When she went back for help to get the new phone working properly she was told they couldn't help her. I took her to a company owned store where they were very helpful and spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem, tried resetting her Apple ID so we could log out and reset the phone but and after two trips they couldn't fix her phone so I transferred her phone number to my contract and got a new phone and tried to return the phone she purchased but the manager wouldn't help because I wasn't set up as an authorized person and the only way I can get them to even consider a return is to bring my mom in person (a 1 hour drive each way) They really don't care about you after they get your money. Be sure you deal with a corporate owned AT&T store if you want to get any reasonable assistance.

I rushed around town trying to find somewhere to fix it and I decided to call a place at the mall. The man who ran the business and worked there said that he can fix it, I asked how much it would be he said "no price". Which I knew it wouldn't be free. I went because I was desperate, I got there he looked at my phone, he said he could do it, and that it would be about 30 minutes. I asked him numerous times how much it was going to cost and he said that he would tell me after the service was done. I noticed a sign on his stand that said "stating at $39.99" so I didn't think the price was going to be awful. After going back and fourth with him for a while I let him fix the phone and waiting for about 25-30 minutes. I came back and was very happy about my phone being fixed and it worked great. I then asked him how much it was going to be and he said$270. I said that I was not paying that much, after a while he dropped it down to $250, I then had to make a call about getting payment, I had my card in my hand and he said I could go to the atm, I said I was not going to pay cash and that I was going to pay with card. He then dropped it down to $230 but with tax it was over $250. After arguing with the price he took my card out of my hand and started walking away with it towards the atm. I took the card back out of his hand and explained that I would not be paying with cash. Eventually, he dropped the price to $240 not including tax. I thought it was done there. I then get a fraud alert on my phone from my card for a very expensive charge and another charge. I have not used the card anywhere out of the regular in the past week then that place. Do not recommend. Do not go!!
