BUYER BEWARE: If I could give this location a negative rating I would. They took advantage of my elderly Mom and sister and over charged them for a new phone and added extra services that they did not authorize. When I called the REAL Verizon, they were able to fix the charges (double charging for her phone) and took off the added services that she did not sign (agree) to. Verizon could not pull up the breakdown of the official charges of the transaction because this location is NOT an Authorized retailer like other locations are. BEWARE: Elderly FRAUD Alert I didn't get all my money back, but Verizon Corp was able to work some magic to get me most of my money back. read more

What a mess, Find another Verizon store, The sales help is no help they all work on commissions and thats the majority of there income, They try to take advantage of the non tech people and confuse them into buying,Been with Verizon for 25 plus years looking into switching. Times are hard for the majority of people just trying to make ends meet to take advantage for your own personal money gain is so unethical , I would like to see an investigation done from the A.G. read more

The process of getting a new phone always seems daunting! My moms phone stopped working and I wanted to help her get it sorted out. We went to Verizon and Rikki helped make this process so smooth! I went in because my phone was not charging. Now I will say she DID fix my phone. All she did was spray an air can into the port and it was fixed. HOWEVER, she announced to the whole store how dirty it was. She made other girls in the store laugh at me. I felt so awkward and embarrassed. Not to mention, she mention how much money she just saved me from spending. Really? I didn't need you to announce that to the entire store. read more

I've been a faithful Verizon customer for years. My 80 yr-old mom and I went to the Sprague and Evergreen store to upgrade my mom's old phone. Ricky - perhaps the store manager (?) - was extremely curt and "helped us" by stating there was only one phone to choose from, that previous information provided to me by another store was "a lie" and became extremely rude and abrasive when I asked her to explain the cost of the phone. When I asked to pay for the phone up front to avoid changes to my monthly bill, Ricky said "there is no way I could do that" and "Verizon would lose business if they allowed this". I asked Ricky if she was alright because it seemed she didn't want to answer my questions and perhaps didn't want to help us. She then snatched a paper outlining their services from my hands and said if we didn't like her service to go elsewhere. My mom (who had said nothing the whole time) was visibly shocked and upset with our treatment as was I! I let my mom know that we would be treated better elsewhere, and we left the store. I drove a short distance to the Valley Mall Verizon and received fabulous service from their associate getting a better phone, a discount on accessories, I was able to pay for the whole phone up front, and the associate set up the new phone fully while we waited. I *strongly recommend avoiding the Sprague and Evergreen store* and suggest going elsewhere if you want good (and kind) customer service! read more

We popped into the Verizon store to upgrade our son's phone and Bryson was extraordinary. Not only was he professional and patient, he was personable and made the experience enjoyable. We'll visit this store again. read more

So, me and my father went into this store to trade my iPhone 12 for an iPhone 14 Pro and we had got a cool deal on my phone which made it $600 dollars off and it was $700 at the time because the iPhone 13 had come out when I got the phone so the total was $100 and it had been payed off for over a year and we went in there to talk to the person and apparently we owe like $450 on it now even though it was payed off and so we went home and my dad was pissed and we looked at our account on his phone and now he owes like $800-$900 on his Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra they he has had for over a year which he got for $800 because he traded in his old Samsung Galaxy S10 and my moms phone is almost payed off which is a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and she has had it for over 2 years so we don't know if they did anything with that phone. So I thought this was just Verizon's fault in general but I've been reading the reviews but it seems like it's just the Sprague and Evergreen read more

Love Dru, Shari, Lilian, and Keelan. Go see any of them! They go the extra mile. May be a retailer, but they take the time to hear your needs and worries. read more

I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCESD ANYTHING LIKE THIS. The employee helping us named MICHAEL didn't ask us ANY questions of what we actually wanted he just started doing things. He went an ordered a phone from a different store without asking us if that's what we wanted. He said his boss was already out by that store and said that he would be at the store with the phone in 20-30 mins. However, it took over an hour 1/2!! We never wanted that in the first place the store that had the phone we wanted in stock was right by where we lived so it would of been way easier for us to just go to that store BUT MICHAEL OBVIOUSLY just needed to make a sale. & to top everything off he lied and said he asked us multiple times if we wanted him to order the phone for us. He didn't ask not even once! And the icing on the CAKE... His boss finally gets to the store and then Michael charges our card for $60 more than he was suppose to!!! He added in a screen protector RANDOMLY! Then once again he lied and said we told him we wanted one which WE NEVER DID. I don't know if he just needed the sale really bad or what? Or if he just thought we wouldn't double check the amount he charged our card? Well thank god we did!! I really really hope other customers don't have this experience!! BEWARE OF MICHAEL read more

Excellent customer service. I went to get a sim card for my new phone and I was greeted by Ethan. He was friendly + professional, a winning combination. We had hiccups along the way during my visit, but he kept after it until it was solved. read more

Went to this location to pick up an online order at curbside. After waiting 10 minutes in lot I popped my head in to check the status. I was then shouted at by Rikki to sign in and get back into my car. When I mentioned I had a pickup she asked me to yell my password across the lobby with other customers in the there. She then scolded me and said it's the PIN I need not the password. I was unaware of the pin and when I ask her how to get it she told me to get online and figure it out. Meanwhile another rep came over and helped me even tho he was working with someone else. He apologized saying he was sorry for her behavior but she was acting that way because they where busy. My response was "aren't we all." I then wait for her to get back to me while I witness her same rude behavior with everyone that walked in the door. Many of them seniors who where confused by the process of signing in and then having to wait in the car. Hey, Rikki maybe you could take a deep breathe and realize a little bit of kindness and patience goes a long way. Maybe during this difficult time you should be thankful that your are able to work and your business is thriving. read more

I normally dread having to go to the Verizon store but had I known Seth was going to help me I wouldn't have waited so long. He was such a bright employee and spent a lot of time trying to get me the best deal possible. After both my sister and I had phone problems over the Christmas holiday, Seth helped us get new phones and adjusted our plan because there were a couple places we could have and should have been saving money. I tell all my friends to go in and see him if they need help because I honestly felt that he had compassion for what a pain dealing with phones can be and I knew he was working hard to make sure it went smoothly for me. Thanks, Seth!!! read more
