I am beyond disappointed with the level of service--or lack thereof--at this T-Mobile location. I came in with a specific issue regarding my account, and from the second I walked in, the manager made it clear they had zero interest in helping me. ​This is easily the most lazy and dismissive management I have ever encountered in retail. Instead of trying to find a solution or even looking into the account details, the manager acted like assisting a customer was too much effort. It's clear this location cares nothing about customer retention or basic professional courtesy. ​If you need actual help with your service, save yourself the time and frustration and go to a different branch. I am leaving one star only, because it makes me at least have one. The people are no help at all. We waited an hour on a kid that was with the family prior to us, whose mom just left the store to go sit in her car as he was picking out a phone. We needed one thing and would have been in and out had they just said kid go look and pick one out and we will continue working on the long line of people. People can look for phones on their own. They do not require customer service for that. Furthermore, every time my husband has gone in there they have asked him to do everything on his phone, so it's kind of like what is the point of even having somebody in the store?!? read more

This store's customer service sucks. Walk in the door and nobody greeted us. I saw people standing around and was unable to tell if they'd been helped. Finally I asked one of the reps if we had to check-in, and he checked us in. Now we're waiting and watch three other people walk in, again no greeting whatsoever. One of the customers who came in after us asked me if we were in line. I told him we checked in. Next thing I know he's being helped before us! WTH?! We wait another 15 minutes and finally get called. The assistant manager is now helping us, and I told him it was wrong that we were skipped over and how none of his reps, or him, greet anybody. We told him an elderly couple were there after us and they don't know what to do. Realizing he's messed up, he greets the elderly old man. I'm thinking he's going to check him in and help us. They lied and cheated me when I turned in my phone. They said I could buy a phone and would get $800 for my old phone. They gave me $600 for my phone. We had a wonderful experience at this T-mobile. Derrick was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything we needed or might want to know. He even let us know about upcoming promotions that we might want to wait for. We did a pivot from Sprint and purchased a new phone and it could not have been easier! In and out in less than an hour. We came into this store and spoke to Laramie about leaving Verizon and switching to T Mobile. He convinced us to switch after he told us about how T Mobile will pay our final Verizon bill (the one that is $1800), and that our monthly bill would easily be half of what we were paying with Verizon. Long story short, it was a bunch of empty promises, an unpaid final bill that has now been sent to collections (this happened 8/16), and a T Mobile bill that equals and has exceeded what Verizon's was - (even though we have never gone over in data as each of the 5 lines has 6GB of data). I will however, PRAISE the amazing customer service rep, Kaycee, who has been fighting hard to have this all fixed by corporate. I will not just let this issue be forgotten by T Mobile. They need to make this right. I will not be recommending this company to friends or family any longer. read more

My wife and myself are the only authorized people on account. My daughter went into store bought a new phone and was allowed to charge to my account. The associate used my digital signature to accomplish this when I was not even there. Went and talked to store manager and explained this was forgery and was told "I was wrong this is ok" even though my signature was used and I was no where close to this location. Manager stood behind employee and said this was ok , I don't understand why manager doesn't understand what forgery is and also what fraud is. read more

T mobile is refusing a refund for a service they did not render. They attempted to double charge me to begin service. I demanded a refund because it was an impossibility for them to start service because the sim chip was not placed in the phone. No sim chip, no service. They charged me anyway and refused a refund. I paid for the service five days prior and asked if I should just cancel and pay whe I purchased a phone in five days. He told me that what I paid would be applied when I went into activate the phone and to bring the receipt and the sim chip which was still in its placard. That was a lie. I lost $50 that day and left without phone service due to T-Mobile s theft against me, which prevented me from having access to emergency services without a phone contract. this is an extremely unethical corporation, and deserves to go out of business. If they will do this to me, they will do it to you. read more

I had a terrible experience today (December 29 2020 @ around noon) at T-Mobile (13910 E Indiana*, Spokane Valley, WA) I did not get the name of the person working, I'm thinking it might be the manager of the store. There were 3 employees there.  A lady, a bald guy with no beard, and the taller guy with a beard was the one that was rude. He asked my wife if she had a mask, she said she could not wear one because of her medical condition, he said he could not help her if she didn't have a mask, It was company policy not his. Furthermore, after I asked if we could transfer our phones that we wanted to upgrade at home, he said no we had to transfer the phone in store only. I said we transferred our data before at home why could we not and he said that the employees who let us in the past were in the wrong and that we can only do that in store not at home. I would like something to be done, this was the worst experience I have ever had, terrible customer service, I don't know what Tmobiles policy is with covid but I can tell you that this is not acceptable to discriminate and treat your customers this way. It took me less than 5 minutes to order two new phones online and upgrade ours and the cost was less than what they were trying to give me in store. I will never return to this store location ever again. read more

I needed help (still do) because Sprint, (now T-Mobile) has been steadily bricking my phone along with, suddenly and without cause or notice increased the monthly service rate by $10.00. Rehashing the very unfortunate details of my bad experience with Seth ("Store Manager") today is not worth the anquish. However, I left in tears and more disappointed in how acceptable it is for service providers to humiliate and treat customers with impatience. Seth acted irritated and annoyed by my presence in his store. He was very easily offended. My hands started shaking with his impatience. Seth kept asking, " How can I help". Yet, he would not listen to my answer nor did he really want to help. What he did do was bring me to tears with his shaming and blaming tactic which he loudly vocalized so that other customers could hear. He kept grabbing my phone that was sitting on the counter (I could not hold it because of hand tremors) and then going to different apps while I was trying to get my phone unlocked with a Sprint agent. Seth had told me to call Sprint to get my phone unlocked. Seth was annoyed about giving me Sprint's/T-Mobile's telephone number which I can no longer access from my cell phone without keying in the number. Ultimately, the Sprint agent refused to unlock the phone and just kept saying I'm sorry we will not unlock your phone because it is to old". Also, like always my connection was bad and I could not easily hear what the Sprint agent was saying. Somewhat ironic since I was standing in a T-Mobile store which is the same company. Between Seth and the Sprint agent I was in tears and asked the Sprint agent "how apologizing was going to help resolve the horrible situation"? This was a reasonable question considering the really awful in store and telephone service I was simultaneouly receiving. Seth grabbed the phone again and disconnected the call. Then he loudly proclaimed that I was being abusive. More shaming and blaming an already badly treated customer to avoid addressing the real issue of service providers abusing customers. I see from other reviews I am not the first person to leave this store in tears. They are unwelcoming, and only want you to buy very quickly. Seth was not interested in helping with customer service issues or answering questions. I will not ever go back to this store. I do no reccomend this store of Senior citizens or people who are methodical shoppers; especially if you are a person who still makes handwritten notes when shopping for a new phone and service. If you are a person who prefers to take your time before buying then don't go to this store. Since Sprint/T-Mobile (this is not Samsung who Seth also loudly blamed) is bricking my phone and charging me more, I have no choice but to get both a new phone and new service. However, with the very bad in-store and phone customer service I have received from Sprint/T-Mobile I will be very hard pressed to ever approach Sprint or T-Mobile because, from my experience, what they say is not what they do. Therefore, I don't trust Sprint/T-Mobile. No excuse ever for this type of behavior towards a customer. As an older person I am broken hearted this behavior has become acceptable business practice because it just makes the world worse. I wish to thank my adult children and my friends for encouraging me to write this review. They also verified this type of customer service is just unfortunate and for which I am not to blame nor should I be ashamed about sticking up for myself. Apparently does not close at 7, I arrived at 6:30 to find the employees just standing outside of the business. When I got out my car the male employee yelled at me that they were closed and I asked why the hour said they close at 7 and they responded I don't know. I won't go back. My husband and I went there looking to take advantage of their free phone deal, buyout deal, free tablet deal, and unlimited data plan. All was great at first. Everything written down on paper by them of cost. Scheduled an appointment for next day to do the deal. Arrived to be told that what we were told the day before suddenly is not true. Quin was our salesperson. He clearly misrepresented the tmobile information to us. Went down the road to Best Buy and got a much better deal including the new S8+. read more

Since buying my iPhone here almost three years ago, this has been my go- to place. Great customer service! Daniel, Sean and Seth are knowledgeable and take as much time as needed to solve my problem. I have had problems just figuring things out on my phone and they always know what to do. Apple and Microsoft have not been helpful, but this store always has been. If you are ever considering switching to T-Mobile.... DON'T! Their customer service is the worst. If their reps tell you they can help you save money and make a mistake which ends up adding more money to your account, you get stuck having to pay for it and the corporate office says there is nothing they can do about it. This has been the absolute worst experience I have had with a cell phone company and I have had Sprint. This is usually the T-Mobile store we visit when we need something, even though we live 120 miles away because it's right by the Valley Mall and most of the other places we go in town. We've never had bad service there before yesterday. Yesterday, we went in to upgrade my husband's phone. While everything went smoothly, the sales girl was extremely pushy and didn't listen to reason (do we want insurance? Um, no...he's upgrading a phone that was top of the line 8 months ago when he bought it, and if he breaks his new toy, he can go back to using his old one, thanks. She kept pushing and looked at me like I had 9 heads because I didn't want to insure a $600 phone....because seriously, while sure, the insurance is only $8 a month, it's not like they'll replace the phone for free if he breaks it or loses it....it'll still cost over $100. Even my husband agrees that if there's an extra phone in the house, there is no need to pay for the insurance because if you're dumb enough to lose or break your phone, you deserve to not have it.). She highly recommended a screen protector that I've heard horrible reviews of, and I even commented as such, but my husband didn't seem to mind the feel of it, and then she insisted we let her install it, touting the fact that she's really good at it because she does it all the time, and then put it on crooked with a ripple in one of the corners. Oh, and my husband's new phone was $30 more in store than it was on T-Mobile's website....which I suppose is ok because it's not like anyone was holding a gun to our heads to buy it in-store instead of ordering it and waiting for it to be shipped (and shipping probably would've eaten most of that difference anyway, I assume). That didn't bother me so much as the sales girl pushing the fact that in store, you get an $80 mail in rebate, where online you only get $50. I laughed and told her that yeah, but online the phone is $30 cheaper, so it doesn't really matter, right? I don't know. Overall, I like this store, and I LOVE T-Mobile and I would have left 5 stars, but yesterday just left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel like when you make a point to go to a specific location based on the customer service you've had in the past, go into the store having done your research and knowing *EXACTLY* what you want and spend almost $400 to obtain it, they shouldn't treat you like a mindless sheep. read more

I have never written a review here before, but I was so impressed with the promptness, courteousness and helpfulness of all the employees that I felt it was important that I do so. My wife and I have had T-Mobile for just under a year, and are both very happy with the service; yet our current plan (which gave us each 1GB of data) had already become obsolete. We went into the store (in the Spokane Valley by Hobby Lobby) to see if we could take advantage of one of the current promotions that T-Mobile was offering new customers, even though we were already customers. They said absolutely, and we were able to each get 6GB of data for the same price we were already paying. Very happy with the staff and with T-Mobile as a company. I will definitely be recommending T-Mobile to my friends and family. read more
