This is my forth Iphone and the first to hit the water, the board was fried on the 6s I owned so it was time to pony up for a newer model and contract signing as per the usual with cell phone plans that milk every nickle and dime from your internet-addicted existence. So I walk in and the gawd damned room has changed again--these sunsabiches are worse then the apple store with changing layouts quicker than you know what... I walked it, couldnt figure out how to get any damn service as theres no line, no number to take and no one really running the show. Some folks might find this approach modern and attractive but Im not a fan which is why I took one star away from the rating. I wandered around nervously looking at ipads, smart phones while checking out each associate to see who's in charge and who I need to make the awkward eye contact with in order to summons the help from the divine At&t gods in the form of a nicely mannered beardo, I forget his name but if I were a bettin' man I'd say it was Lance, Chad or Steve...I'm not just trying to be funny, but I really cant remember his name. We talk about my options, I want the iphone7 in matte black in 128g which the inner-webs says are not in stock in this store but the inner-webz are liars and this kind man had the sucker in stock waiting for me to claim it for the budget cost of 750.00 along with contract extensions and tax. I think I paid close to 1000 for the 128g 6s a couple years ago... so the price drop in higher capacity phones is well-appreciated. The guru made subtle a attempt to sell accessories and was easily directed to getting my order wrapped up and out-the-door. He helped the setup of the new phone which ran flawless and I was on my merry way in less than an hour. This location always has ample parking, its never packed inside and the folks working their truly like their positions and they give a HUGE discount for Providence employees. read more

Today 3/23/2026. I came into store for some assistance. Waiting in line. Happen this mid age guy called me ready to help. What made it 1 star, this same guy tried help me before. He knew I'm Deaf. He knew that. No excuse for him to open help me by talking with his lip. He should open communication by writing or texting note instead of open communication with his lip. Also gave the bad look of needing to write down to communicate. Where Dustin that knew us Deaf people and very good with us, Dustin is better guy for us. Anyway this mid aged guy Need to be educated that NOT many Deaf can read lips. I found this very offensive to us. read more

This has probably been one of the best locations I have ever had in my long history as an AT&T customer. They are knowledgeable and friendly and don' immediately try to push the newest greatest most expensive item or service agreement. This is a turn around from what I am used to. The only reason I even use AT&T is because it was cheaper to go on a relative's family plan than start out fresh. This location makes me feel better about using AT&T. They do a great job. I knocked a star off because AT&T no longer offers unlimited data plans, which is one of the few reasons I have stayed with AT&T. Will have to see what happens read more

Do you want to feel like an inconvenience? How about waiting in line for a while and be told to call the corporate office? After calling the corporate office they tell me to visit the local office and that everything could have been handled in the store. So if you want to waste your time visit this store. read more

The employees give incorrect quotes and don't know what they're talking about. I was quoted on upgrading my phones and when the bill actually came it was 80$ higher than they said. When I went in to get it resolved they said I had waited too long for them to be able to do anything about it. I'm unsure how I'm supposed to know the bill will be higher than what they said before I pay it. This is ridiculous and they have done nothing to help me. I was told they would send a request to give us a credit on our account but I highly doubt I'll get that. This is the third time I've had issues with billing through at&t and every time it's been a struggle at this store to get it figured out. After my contract is finished I will not be using this crook company again. read more

Had a simple question about whether than had a specific replacement battery. First, there phone tree was way too deep, trying to keep me from talking to anyone. Second, it rang through twice to the store and neither time did anyone pick up. The appropriate thing to do when busy is to answer and ask to put me on hold. that didn't happen either time. Used to be such a great store. So disappointing! Went in and ordered the buy one get one Note 9. Was told they could ship to different addresses. They set it up in correctly and offered to overnight one of the phones to the correct location to correct their mistake. I dropped off the phone on Monday, called several times until I was finally able to get the tracking number on Thursday just to be told it was not overnighted. No one called to advise they could not send overnight. I would have sent it myself. The rep Shantel pretty much told me it was not her problem and continued to be rude while I talked to the manager. So I should have learned that when it comes to a wireless sales staff being ethics and telling the truth is not what one can expect. I entered the store and was greeted by a male employee named Kelsey. He gave me the standard so each about how their plan was better. In addition to the trade in on my phone Kelsey promised me I would get $355.00 In a rebate card. When the rebate came I got $76.00. Kelsey avoids all responsibility with " we are only human and make mistakes. I guarantee you if Kelsey were cheated out of $270.00 he would not accept such a bs answer either. read more

While fishing in the Spokane River one fine Saturday afternoon, I baptized my iPhone 5s. In about 20 seconds, my cutting-edge communication device became an elaborate paperweight. My brother and I buzzed around town in search of a cheap iBrick to get me by until I could upgrade again. At length we landed at this store. I was tired of driving around town and skeptical that I could get a good deal at an AT&T boutique. That's where Kelsey comes in. He was patient while I flip-flipped on what to do, he listened patiently as I talked out my situation, and he helped me make a decision. Ultimately, he helped me save at least 30%. They are only sales people and have very little technical knowledge, you are much better off looking on Google. I went to the store because the latest update from Samsung for my S7 broke my phone. All I wanted was to make sure my contacts and photos were backed up to my internal memory card before I had to restore my phone to factory settings. I worked with Greg, and he lost all my contacts. I asked him multiple times does he know how to make sure everything is backed up and he said yes. This guy has no idea what he is doing, and if he was not sure how to verify my contacts are backed up then he should have done nothing. By the way, there is an option to backup your contacts to an internal memory card just like photos. I went on Google and did find my contacts were stored on my internal memory card and was able to restore them. I must have chosen that option in the past. I was also able to fix my Yahoo email issues when he could not. read more

My review is actually for this store: AT&T Authorized Retailer-Activate Cellular 14700 E Indiana Suite 1002 Spokane WA 99216 (509) 924-4483 But they (according to my computer) do not have a yelp section yet. Anyways.. I ultimately went with AT&T anyways, but I wanted to write a review on this store in particular, as I ended up going through Best Buy instead. When I went into this particular store, there was only one lady working. She was helping another customer (2 males), and didn't bother to look up at me, or those I was with (there were 6 of us total) until after the other customer's left.. about five minutes after we arrived. Once they left the store, I heard her sight and take a deep breath in before turning towards me and asking if she could help me. I let her know we were there to all get new phones, new plans, and were looking for a little guidance. She wasn't very knowledgeable, had incredibly dirty fingernails (which normally wouldn't bother me, but they really were quite terrible...), and she talked down to me like I did not know how to add up the numbers she was presenting us. I also had to tell her several times that we all were going to be having a plan together, as apparently she just didn't want to believe that that many consenting adults would ever have a plan together or something... ? It was quite odd. And I did not catch her name, though I am sure she had on a name tag.. I just didn't bother looking since I figured maybe we would go somewhere else. Luckily, there was the Best Buy store also located within the mall not far from this AT&T store. The gentleman who helped us up there was fantastic, clean, and listened to exactly what we were looking for. Plus, the two males who were in the previous AT&T store were also in the Best Buy store... as they too weren't very impressed with the service they received from the lady. We all ended up going through AT&T still, and are very pleased with our service thus far. Just wanted to let you know what we dealt with, and what others seemed to have dealt with as well... Cancelled my service with at and t several months after my 2 year contract primarily due to the excessive cost of the product, poor customer service, long wait times on the phone with reps from India that would not help etc. I called in asked when my month ended and transferred my phone service 3 days after. I was billed 136.43 for the entire amount of the month. I pointed out to customer service and management that per state law that the charges for the last month were to be pro rated. 9 weeks later I still do not have a refund of my forced overpayment. At the time of my last 2 calls I have been told that were a big company and it takes time. Really 2 months to return what has been taken from me. If your thinking about signing up for at ant t I found boost mobiles coverage to be similar to at an t in Spokane with a cost for unlimited service of 55.00 per month. I have also found boosts customer support to exceed that of at and t on all occasions. Both companies outsource their workers on their support lines to guam, India etc. So at times they are difficult to understand however why pay 136.43 per month to be agitated when you can pay 45, 50 or 55 per month [ boost charges shrink the longer your with them] for similar or better service. Also the costs of the phones and other products are far more reasonable. The best sales and support I have found in town is at the boost mobile store on the corner of Sprague and Freya these guys have heart, class, and understanding, and not to mention are extremely fast at resolving any issue you may have. You can pay 3 times more for service but you will get less in the end. Be warned!!!! read more
