Without going into too much boring detail, my husband and I have an unusual email/Outlook configuration - same email address, two formats, three devices, etc., and I had lost all my Outlook folders - arrgh! I requested a home visit so I would have all the information that might be needed at hand. Within a few hours, owner Justin returned my call and said he would be at my home the next morning. He showed up on time, patiently listened to my non-tech explanation of our Outlook goals, and went right to work. With expert tech skills on his side and held breath on my side, and both of us occasionally crossing our fingers, Justin worked his magic and Outlook was configured for our needs (even better than it had been before) and I got all my Outlook folders back - YAY! The visit lasted two hours - about one hour was for the Outlook concern and the other hour was filled with small fixes and reorganizations that most 12-year-olds could manage but that I either did not know how to do or was afraid of the consequences if I tried. The price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. If you need help with anything computer-related, contact Reno Computer Fix first. Very helpful. Went in today with a defective phone under warranty. They can't do anything to help with your warranty here, and they don't offer any sort of loaner phones. However, the employee (same as last visit) let me use the company's land line to call the support number for my phone. After my call, she saw that I was genuinely very upset, and she offered me the use of a personally owned phone as a loaner, saying she would arrange tonight for it to be in the store for me to borrow tomorrow. She doesn't even know my name, but she was willing to loan me a personal phone so I wouldn't be without one for the next few weeks--amazing! The store itself isn't very well stocked, but services both Boost and Virgin, so it's probably difficult to have many of the various products for both lines. They accept payments here. Cash only, I believe. But the girl who works here is FANTASTIC, and she really goes above and beyond to help out the customer! I'm probably going to be ditching Virgin for their lousy products and service, but this girl is this store's saving grace!

The sales rep in this store installed the wrong SIM card into my new phone rendering disqualified for the Boost extended warranty and service plan. I've been to this office several times and my recent visit will be my last…read more NOTE: the Retina Scan is zero benefit to patients, as the doctor doesn't even look at it and they will not even share the information with patients unless you pay an extra $30 (per the intake staff) So what's the point, other than to obtain a scan of your retina? The 'map' of your eye is the same as a fingerprint, which is already being used as a form of identification for security. They usher every patient into the retinal scanner like it's part of the exam/appointment. It felt super shady and an invasion of privacy without proper disclosure, that the doctor doesn't even look at them for your appointment, nor do you have the right to look at them without paying them directly (not covered by insurance). I mentioned the reason for my visit was discomfort in my left eye, but he said probably just allergies and that everything was fine!!! The doctor never said a word about the results and gave me a piece of paper saying it was my "prescription" to update my glasses. I didn't look at it until today, but it states that I have a chronic gland dysfunction in both eyes that needs constant care and treatment!! Pretty important information for a patient to know :( Avoid the privacy intrusion, wasting time and money, only to have to get a second opinion at your own expense.
