We're not 21 nor do I want to go backwards. I recently found a steal on a new pair of supportive shoes for work here that are a fraction of what I usually pay for at Scheels. They should be delivered within the week so I'll have to pop in for an update since my Yelp friend reported back for a poor online experience. I updated my Arizona Birks and I found the cutest pair of wedge sandals for my Summer dresses. I hadn't been here since I was in high-school looking for JA shoes and I'm glad I opened an email with a promo. I got a deal on all three pairs that I went back online and bought more shoes. I chose to pickup in store since I had to take care of some business at a bank nearby. The overall experience was okay. Both ladies working the counter were just okay. Neither were very welcoming, but not completely rude. I may opt out for an online experience to avoid these unnecessary encounters. The Deals are great. Sign up for their notifications. I still recommend checking it out but I find myself only going now for something specific and sometimes find it sometimes don't.

That said, if you're looking for a hard to find grail and money isn't an issue, he might have just have what you're looking for.

I just happened to be wearing the pair of shoes I bought on my last visit. They actually had one pair left in my size again! Sold. See picture. If they had more in my size, I would have bought more. Ambiance - Decent size location. Small men's section, especially in comparison to the women's, which is normal for most businesses. Open 6 days a week from 10am to 6pm, closed on Sundays. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Good, inviting, etc. Nice couple. They even laughed at my dumb jokes, lol. Price - $82, still a GREAT deal for this brand! Even though my last visit was $25 less expensive. :) Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2005; I am a regular customer. :)

Birkenstocks - Fully in stock, but rarely on sale. Next time they are on sale for $99.99, I will buy two pairs. And on their website they do not even carry the Honolulu Birkenstocks... Woven Loafer - Finally found one I liked at Dillards, except for the color. There were NO woven loafers here at all. Just ordered 4 shoes from DSW, as they sell the same/similar brands for less. Will update if needed. They also have a slightly larger online selection. Atmosphere - Good size, clean organized. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm and until 6pm on Sundays and Mondays. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1960, starting as Neils Factory Shoe Outlet, and to your parent company Caleres Inc.'s success for the last 130 years.

I believe his name is Aaron (longish black hair) because he is such a fantastic hype man! He is always bubbly and enthusiastic, and makes me feel so good about my purchases. I generally dread small talk interactions at check-outs, but he makes it genuinely enjoyable. The store itself is great too. If you like to shop at places like Marshall's, Sierra, TJ Maxx, etc., this is definitely the best version of them. I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store. The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance). They also have a really good selection of skin care, hair care, and make up. Those are the discounts I often end up appreciating the most!
