Products are wonderful, as always, but the employees, not so much...I wasn't greeted by anyone. The one lady that did acknowledge me said, "Still doing alright, Dear?" I had literally just walked in, which meant that she didn't even notice that I was a new customer. I understand times get busy and it's difficult to keep tabs on every shopper, but a little more attention to customers goes a long way. I'll take the help who knows the scents and what similarities are in each product.. I loved the Vampire soap, but that won't be until October... Stopped in today for some Christmas shopping. Happened to come on a great day since it was the annual candle day sale and their big old candles were only $10! Score! The employees were super friendly, offering bags and help to the checkout. The lines moved quick. It was packed but they had everything in stock. I stopped buying candles here because they were at one point pretty toxic. It seems that many now are soy wax blends with lead free wicks. Love it! Got my Christmas candle shopping done and went on my way. read more

I go to Bath & Body Works all the time to buy the laundry boosters. They just came out with Dryer Sheets to match the booster scents. I tried them as soon as I purchased a box and they are great! They smell so good and work perfectly. Right now they only have a few of the laundry scents. I hope that they will be getting all of the booster scents. read more

Bath & Body and the neighboring (but same) White Barn are one of my wife's favorite stores. She received an email about today being the final day to take advantage of the discount on the 3-wick candles and she also wanted to smell her way through the new batch of Christmas scents, so off we went. They're handling covid pretty well. They've made it to where you enter through the White Barn store and exit through Bath & Body proper after paying. You are ok to pick up the candles to smell them but they do ask that you refrain from touching the soaps, fragrances, and other products unless you intend to purchase. Masks are required of both customers and employees. The ladies working inside, as always, were great. On this visit we were greeted by Chloe and she was helpful in finding a particular scent my wife was looking for. I can't remember the employees name that checked us out but she was great as well. I have been a fan of Bath & Body Works for about 20 years. I really and not a girly girl sort of girl, but I do like some nicely scented bath and moisturizing products on occasion. This is a great resource when dropping hints for Mother's Day, Birthday, or Christmas to male offspring who may be clueless about this sort of thing. Also a great resource when ending to send a birthday acknowledgment across the country to some of the significant women in my life. Did you know this company was founded in 1990 in New Albany, Ohio? (my home state) I had long since left Ohio when I first ventured into my first B&BW in Las Vegas. I thought I had walked back into the mid-west. This store at the Meadowood Mall is no different. This is the Applebee's of Beauty Products. There is consistency in the sameness of the product and the store layout. Are there better products out there? Yes indeed. But you walk into the store, you know what to expect and this particular store meets those expectations. Darn, no 0 stars. WORST service at the store yesterday. I had my 3 pack of coupons and it was in my shopping bag. As I headed to the register, the clerk (failed to get her name) took the coupon out and told me I was going to use the $10 off $40 and the free item coupon. She tore the 3rd coupon off that I wasn't going to use and tore the other 2 apart, tearing the coupon code/UPC she needed to scan. I didn't think I spent $40, but you are always surprised once the total is there. My total was exactly $40 and she couldn't get the computer to take the $10 off $40. The clerk huffed & puffed and told me since she tore the coupon, she had to key it in manually. (OK, you tore it genius!) After getting someone of higher authority to come over to help, she also told her of the torn UPC on the coupon. Turns out, my total was $37 and the tax put me at $40, so I stepped away and grabbed 2 items totaling $3 to put me over $40 to be able to use the coupon. In the 5 seconds I stepped away from the register, she used the other coupon, taking my free item off ($17 off) and now I sat at approx $20. I told her I wanted to use my $10 off $40 coupon and she said I'd need to spend another $20. Seriously ? I asked her if she understood what happened ? We were just at $37+ so I added $3 to take my total to over $40. More huffs and puffs .... I told her if she wasn't going to honor the $10 off to take off the 2 things I just added (yes, more huffs and even puffs). She than needed another rep to approve the free item. I almost walked out, I should of. The rep than had the nerve to tell me the coupon was expired but wouldn't show it to me. All 3 coupons had a start date of 12/10. Well, after adventuring out on Black Friday we found some resistance from the older cashier woman, as she was beside herself on the discount we received- She was upset that one of the floor girls suggested we tell the cashier about receiving the email flyers and receiving an unmarked coupon for an additional 20% off our total- Buy 3 get 3 free plus 20% off and our $15 gift card we received from our working leaving our total of $20 WOW all 6 bottles for $20- Besides the woman's displeasure in her coworkers were happy for our discount! read more

A generous variety of product offerings, great proactive service, and an intricately designed store give this place five stars everyday! Bath and Body Works is just an escape from the day, for anyone! Yes, they even sell men's products (cologne) as well. It truly is an escape from the rest of the mall - you forget you're shopping when you're here. Service attendants are quick to greet you when you first walk in, and tell you about the specials they always seem to have going. They will also help you to pick out different scents based on your own preferences, and quick to offer you a reusable bag to hold more than you may ever want to buy at first. I love seeing how the women go crazy in this store, but who can blame them? There are what seems to be an endless spectrum of scents to browse, products to ogle, and floor space to navigate. They have expanded their offering to now include lotions, body sprays, shower gels, air fresheners (and diffusers, I think), hair pins, loofas, and more. The floor space is always immaculate as well, which impresses me, given how many visitors they must get on a daily basis. Overall, this is a fine example of a high quality store that serves a niche interest, and definitely deserves a five-star rating. read more

What can I say, oh yeah that I'm obsessed with bath and body works. Everyone needs this store in their lives. Atmosphere- is it very clean and organized. They have their new product located in the front of the store. There are labels and signs on everything so that you know exactly what your getting and what deals are going on. Staff- staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer you a basket when they see you have a lot in your hand. But they also let you do your thing when your looking. (I go usually once a week if not then every other week) and not once have I ran into a staff that was unwilling to help. Product- I really enjoy their product. They have a neat system where they have a sample of different kinds of lotions and hand soap to try before you buy. It's a good way to figure out if that scent is good for you. There are candles and scent you can smell. My personal favorite is the hand sanitizers and body washes!! They have a variety of selection you can choose from. Sign up with them. Every couple of weeks I get really good coupons. Either free gifts, 20% off purchase, and more. I recommend just going in and looking through the store!!! read more

Wow, talk about throwing the ol' sniffer outta wack! This place has a lot of smells going on all at once but ohhh does it smell good! One side of the store is lotions, bath soaps, body sprays etc. and the other side is candle and home fragrances. As we made our way through the store to find that perfect gift; we ended up in the line on the candle side of the store so that we could check out. Lines were long so hearing one of the store associates say "there are no lines on the registers in the lotion side of the store" we quickly made our way over there only to find the line longer than the one we were standing in...ugh! So if you ever hear this, you may want to consider just staying put :) Atmosphere was very warm and the associates seemed very helpful with helping you find that perfect item and getting you checked out without the stress. read more

I came in with my mom and 8 month old to purchase some soaps, which I regularly enjoy buying here. Normally my shopping experience is pleasant, but I was super put off today by the employees that very obviously kept following me around, keeping about 5 feet away from me everywhere I went. It's like they were expecting me to steal (definitely NOT an issue; despite my no-makeup 'mom' appearance today I hold a professional job and do just fine and definitely pay for what I place in my bag!). B&BW needs to teach their employees a little more about customer service. If loss prevention is that much of an issue, put a security guard at the door. read more

I came in during their $8 candle sale in December. I live in CA and was in Reno for a weekend trip & was bummed to hear that my favorite sale was going on while I was away from home, luckily I found this store & was abled to make a quick stop in! since I wasn't home, I didn't have my coupons with me but the associate who was greeting guests at the door told me to web search retailmenot.com & I could use the coupons on there, great tip! once I got to the register, I had no problem. left the store happy with my year supply of candles. but then, I went back in to purchase a few more for my sister & when I got to the register the second time, the associate behind the counter told me that she couldn't use the retailmenot.com coupons because they were for online only. since, the line was long & they were busy, she did it anyways but I was told I wouldn't be able to do it in the future. it just seemed dumb that the associate in the front of the store was the one who recommended me to the website and told me I could use the coupons, the first associate I had check me out allowed me to use it without question but then the second time around I'm told no. sounds like the communication between the associates needs to be better. read more

I love body and bath works products but I am totally upset that they changed the aromatherapy sleep from lavender and cedar wood to lavender and vanilla. Bad idea. I got so many compliments on the lavender and cedar wood. I don't like the lavender and vanilla. Please bring back the lavender and cedar wood. read more

Walked in without a muzzle and to my heartfelt surprise EVERY employee I encountered treated me with respect and care. I was not bullied, demeaned or harassed for making a health decision for myself and my body autonomy. Walked in because my mom wanted to get some candles. Sabrina approached us asking if we had any questions; however, at that time we didn't. We then started looking at the aromatherapy section and was informed that there was a sale. Buy 2 and get 2 free. We were all about it of course. She was consistent at assisting us from selecting and where things are located. She also assisted us in getting candles. We walked out with 5 candles and 4 aromatherapy. She didn't only talk to me and my friends as if we were dumb, but she also threw the receipt in my bag. I'm perfectly accepting of the COVID policies. However, there was NO sign anywhere in the store that said we cant smell product. The blonde late-30s associate chewed me out for smelling a lotion I WAS GOING TO BUY and proceeded to take it from my hands. She then told me "what? you dont see the try me one up there!" in the most condescending attitude. The only try me one was a body spray, which B&BW body sprays have a VERY potent alcohol scent for me and give me a huge headache, the lotions have a much more mild creamy scent I can tolerate. I mentioned this to the bratty associate and she proceeded to cockily tell me "no, they're the same if you spray it on and let it set it." No girl, they're not and you dont need to be a bitch about people's sensitivities... and I'm not going to spray every damn scent on me to smell when I just want a lotion! Addressing a customer about a policy that is no where noted in the store shouldnt be done in a rude way. Period. I brought the issue up with another associate and she KINDLY explained the policy and how they have the small paper cards available to sample scents, and apologized for the rude employee's actions. The cards were hidden throughout the store so I appreciate her bringing them to our attention in a KIND AND PROFESSIONAL manner. The rude associate didnt even mention the sample cards, just said to "spray it on and let it set".... she really needs to take some notes from the second associate I spoke with. read more

Honestly all Bath and Body Works' stores are basically the same to me. While the girls that work here are perfectly friendly, I find them slow and clueless about how to do online returns. I've made the mistake of doing online returns here 2x (shame on me). The first time no one including the manager knew how to do an online return so I made a special trip to the one at the Summit. I then returned months later and likewise, they were clueless. One manager said their location doesn't allow for online returns. WTF? Even on the invoice it says I could return products at ANY location! It's honestly because they struggle figuring out how to do an online return! I waited maybe 20 minutes for an easy online return. They couldn't figure out how to refund my credit card. They offered an exchange and I said no. I asked if they could just give me cash instead of giving a refund on my card and they said no. Finally a manager walked by and said that they could just refund me in cash after all that! Do online returns at the other location. It's fast and they know how to do it! read more

I love this store!!! The employees are very helpful when my mom and I were looking for her Mother's Day present there. They showed us which wall to go to now, since all of the scents are put together by the collections that they are a part of. I had a coupon for a spend a certain amount of money and get a free signature scent item, and my mom wanted to use that, so that she could get her present and so that I could get something.
