From the moment you walk in you're warmly greeted. They also answer any questions and go above and beyond in helping your problem solve. Selection: The selection is vast and anything that they don't have in store they're willing to order and either ship to store or your house. I had a specific example where I ordered an incorrect size shirt and they were able to order one in the correct size they even added an additional discount for being a healthcare worker. Value: They were running some awesome store promotions at the time on jeans. I was able to get 2 pairs under 75 after tax. This is a wonderful deal. Within a minute of walking in, Charles greeted us and offered assistance without us even asking--which is definitely rare these days. I explained what we were looking for and a few specific requirements. As he walked us through the options, I mentioned that we needed a wide fit. He was honest and let us know they didn't carry traditional wide sizes, but then took the time to show us ECCO shoes with dual-fit insoles as an alternative. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated Charles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, stayed calm while we tried on different pairs, and didn't hesitate when we asked for another size. We later found out he actually helped open this location--congratulations to him on his 20th anniversary! Dillard's management--you truly have a gem in Charles. You should be very proud to have him representing your store.

They have a great hat selection, and their prices are very affordable! Their dressing rooms are large and decorated so well! LaShay, the assistant manager is amazing! There may have been other factors, but this location, in particular, has little product and was quite chaotic. Here on a recent Reno visit, the shelves were finally starting to look full again and the floor people were working hard to create a new, more inviting atmosphere. Mostly on a price discovery mission, we did manage a few gift purchases at very reasonable prices. We even took advantage of some great sales. Two of my nephews are making the transition to coffee pods. They received a lovely Hamilton Beach dual brewer. For Christmas, my cousin will be getting the biggest crock pot I have ever seen. All from this Kohls location. The store is very clean and easy to find most every item. The bathrooms are also clean, but were hard to locate on my own. Initially, it was difficult to find this place, tucked away off the main drag. But, once we found it, that became a moot point. Mrs. E. gets a might nervous when we pull out on to Damonte or exiting by the Roadhouse. If you do visit, be careful when leaving. After today's visit we earned serious Kohl's cash. Forty bucks, I think. One advantage is those dollars can be redeemed at their other locations. 10/24
