I came in with my kids today and the cashier told my son he had to leave his bag at the front. That was not the issue that upset me. The bad was left at the front close to the door in a store that's clearly concerned about theft. So while in the store, we were worried about his bag and had to be fast. When we went up to pay for our items, I suggested to the cashier who told him to leave his bag that they should put a sign on the door like other businesses do and she immediately got extremely defensive and started being wildly disrespectful and started raising her voice. I did not raise my voice one time. I kept repeating that I was just making a suggestion. The manager came over and took over the sale and was extremely kind and polite which is why I gave two stars instead of one. She even agreed that a sign would be ideal. Other stores that don't allow bags have signs so you can decide if you want to lock your bag in your car or not. We don't feel comfortable leaving the bag unattended in a store with high theft and that was all I was trying to express that a sign would be helpful. I didn't expect to have the clerk blow up at me. Had I started off rude I would understand but I don't feel I did.

The helpful ladies in the CVS pharmacy were quick to help. A brief insurance check, short form to fill out and a fifteen minute wait. It's our turn. We had an informative Q&A with our pharmacist. She was extremely pleasant to talk to and didn't mind us asking questions. Many things falling into place, now. After waiting twenty minutes we were fine.
