Heavy products (10 bottles of 8oz lotions and a soap bar) all in one bag and sales refused to separate them into two bags.

Heavy products (10 bottles of 8oz lotions and a soap bar) all in one bag and sales refused to separate them into two bags for me to easy to carry, the little framed sales lady told me that one purchase can only get one bag and told me to purchase a gift bag to separate it if I want. I can't believe how cheap they are. They refused to spare a paper bag to their customer or can simply charge 50 cents for a bag, I would purchase it. I wonder if the workers are saving all their bags to resell them or something. Terrible experience and I had to use my other hand to hold the bottom of the paper bag afraid it could break at the bottom due to all the weight. This is a stupid store that upsets their customers. I don't want all my lotions dropped on the floor and splashing everywhere. Luckily, this happened today, if it was yesterday where rain took place and of course the paper bag will break, it cannot hold with all the heavy weight and rain. This is how they treat their customer who bought from them. Beware and bring your own bag if you plan to buy a lot.

They even have a mens section

Okay, my wife made me come with her. Too bad it is too early for me to go to IMBIB Brewery... Quality/Quantity - Good. Atmosphere - Place is very clean and organized. I like that most, if not all of their products, have a tester so you can try/smell them before purchasing. I also like the sinks for people to wash their hands in between trying each product. Fully stocked. Plenty of parking at the mall. Service - Great customer service. They have a lot of employees here, and a good customer service program. Great return/refund policy, cut and pasted from their website: "We just want you to love it! Return anything, anytime for any reason. 100% Guaranteed. If at any time you're not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return them to any of our Bath & Body Works or White Barn Stores in the US for a full refund, subject to the terms of our Return Policy." Price - Reasonable prices. Owner Suggestion - Congrats on all your success since 1963 and making it half way on the Fortune 500 list (248). I did not know you also own Victoria's Secret and Pink.

I am kind of obsessed with the candles. They had a smoking deal on the candles and my daughter had a coupon that also got us $10 off. So the big candles that are 14.5 oz came out to be about $9.00 each and that is with taxes. That's a great deal. We walked in the store and were greeted right away by a very sweet voice. She asked if she could help us. We smelled them all and then settled on the ones we wanted. I love the quality of the products here and super kind and friendly staff make me want to come back. I love getting the coupons!

I just want to start off stating that the staff at Bath & Body Works are extremely friendly and helpful! They were quick to ask us if we needed any help and they answered all of our questions. The store itself was pretty well stocked except for the clearance shelves. They still have quite a bit of holiday candles and scents in store and they're on sale for a pretty decent deal! I took advantage of their buy 3 get 3 free deal. At the time it seemed like a deal but then you realize they charge $15 for a body mist that is really probably only worth $5. The scents are decent enough but you're really paying for the pretty packaging, and it is pretty! If you don't mind paying a little extra for soap and body lotion then this place may be for you. It may be a while until I visit again, but they sure do have a lot of neat stuff! I've attached a photo of some of the items I purchased.

I had the chance to check this place out on the last day of our quarantine vacation. It's conveniently located in the outlets which was a walking distance from our place. I was so happy to see that they had a good selection of hand sanitizers which is pretty impossible to find near my place. They have all the social distancing measures in place, but I didn't see very many people observing the rules. I didn't care though. Lol. I was just happy I found my hand sanitizers even though they were regular price. When I paid I was trying to use a couple of my rewards but was told they don't use rewards at this location. I thought that was a little odd but gave them a pass anyways thinking maybe their rules are different since this is an "outlet" location. After I finish paying the cashier asks for my number. I said why? She says it's so they can give me my points and send me coupons. Wtf? I thought they don't participate in the rewards program? I swear! Make up your minds!!!!

I love Bath and Body Works

I've only been there a few times. Each time I've been there the employees have been very kind and inform me of their specials. I however don't like to be given a shopping bad if I just say I'm browsing but that's just me I feel uncomfortable sometimes.

So excited about this new bath and body works location!…read more We went on a super busy day as they were having a major sale. The employees remained so friendly the entire time and offered to help many times. The checkout process was efficient and easy as well. The store is of course new but the layout and flow of all of the displays were wonderfully placed. Again, very excited that we now have a bath and body works so close!

Born in the 50s. Grew up in the 60s. Love, Peace and Music…read morestill works for me. Fulfilling your groovy needs since '98, Hippies is where Love, Peace and Music still rule. Hippies is a store for dreamers and their dreams. A store for life and all the joys it brings. A store for laughs. A store with memories you've memorized to keep your winters warm are. A store where all that's good gets better. A store for life. A store for love. A store for you. I've been shopping at Hippies for decades. I recently was there for Christmas present shopping because they have groovy stuff, patriotic merchandise and a Veterans and Military Discount. Merchandise selection, customer service and cleanliness was adequate. Hippies' owners like their Freedom so they have a daily Military and Veterans Discount as a token thank you to Veterans and GIs which provides resource to ensure Veterans (rare 7% of the population) and GIs (rare one-half of one-percent of the population) opportunity to participate in American Dream Veterans' and GIs' sacrifices have made possible for 100% of the population. The Hippie Movement peaked with the 1967 Summer of Love. As a Hippie myself, my Hippie friends and I read a lot, spent a lot of time learning and sharing our learning. We had container gardens over-flowing with vegetables and flowers and weed, and we brewed our own beers. Some had chickens. We became experts at salvaging and re-purposing. We traded and bartered as we had little cash. We loved classical and jazz music then invented our own blues, folk and rock music. We got around by walking, mountain bikes, our beloved VW "People's Car" buses or little put-put boats we'd salvaged. We were pro-Peace. We put on the holiday parades. We kept our word, oaths and promises. We helped out each other. We Honorably Served in America's Armed Forces where we started the Sir! No Sir! We were whimsical. We had very little debt. We gave ourselves and each other roots to grow and wings to fly. A good legacy for a bunch of bright, fun-loving and underemployed young Hippies. In the early 1980s, yuppies and their high-end Mercedes and Range Rovers and mountain of debt began to replace the Hippies. By the late 1990's there were only remnants remaining of the Hippie Culture. This Hippies store is a remnant. Another remnant is The Serial: A Year in the Life of Marin County, which I have an original copy of the book, a satirical novel by Cyra McFadden. In 1976, the book's chapters had been serialized in the Marin County alternative weekly newspaper Pacific Sun, as well as the San Francisco Chronicle. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Th...
