Last fall, I went in person to ask about ending my lease early and was told there was no option to do so. I was not informed that there was a formal written process or specific email required to submit a cancellation request. After that, I waited for a renewal notice or any communication about my lease timeline, but never received one. I also checked the vendor portal and could not find clear information about my lease terms or renewal date. I made multiple attempts to call, but the voicemail box was full, and I wasn't able to leave messages. I also sent an email and did not receive a response. Eventually I was able to reach someone, and only then was I given the correct email to submit my request--which I did immediately. I was also told I could sublet my space and found someone ready to take it. Later, I was informed that subletting was not actually possible due to tax reporting, which caused me to lose that opportunity. I understand that there are policies in place, but I made consistent good faith efforts--in person, by phone, by email, and through the portal--to understand and follow the process, and I did not have access to the correct information at the time. I'm sharing this in hopes that corporate can review situations like this, as better communication and clearer processes would make a big difference for vendors.

The store was busy as usual but I was directed to the front to check on my order. Courtney helped me and was extremely patient and apologizing for the delay. My order said "staged" but she was unable to find it. Another associate told her to just gather the items. I offered to help which Courtney appreciated so we both went to find my items which after some searching we finally found them all about 20 in all. She went over and above which I appreciated as I worked in retail before and know how hard it is especially during the holidays!

She assisted my wife and me with everything and when we came back separately a few days later she remembered us and went above and beyond. We returned about an hour and a half later to pick up our candles. Online it says it'll take about 2 hours, but from start to finish, it really is only about 30-45 mins, so keep that in mind. We had made reservations next door at the champagne and chocolate place for 2 hours after our start time here.
