He helped me find my shade and was very knowledgeable on makeup. He is great and for the first time I was able to confidently find my shade and leave feeling confident. I met my daughter and her best friend at Sephora after I got my eyebrows threaded nearby earlier. Not one friendly greeting when I walked in or any at all. There was a strange vibe while I looked around. There was a lady I think her name was Amanda, she was not very friendly. She approached me while I was looking at a different line and asked if I needed anything, but not in a friendly tone like a helpful store associate or a concerned one. The vibe in this store was negative and off all together. Thank goodness Lanessa was sweet enough to treat my teen like a human and not like a common criminal or thief. We make sure she has her own money when she leaves home and loves skincare and makeup like most teenage girls. Her skincare habits are more expensive then my own. I've been blessed with great skin. I was grateful for that today because they were ahead of me. I stopped shopping at Ulta because of their lack of customer service. I was very disappointed with the service or lack of from everyone except Lanessa in this store. Thank you for being so sweet to my daughter, if we come back, it's only to see you. I am not one to write reviews but I genuinely have never experienced these issues to this extent anywhere else. The employees at this Sephora are the actual WORST. They are completely incompetent and rude. As someone who's worked in retail for multiple years and worked at Ulta in various locations for a year I can confidently say that the way these employees act is not acceptable. Other reviews saying that they felt stalked or watched the entire time are completely true. Even though I am in my 20s and fit the "typical" description of someone shopping at a place like this I have never felt more surrounded then at this Sephora. The worst part is that EVERY SINGLE PERSON in management is the same- unprofessional and unintelligent, so nothing is going to change and no one will be held accountable. I had to contact customer service the last time I went bc they were so unhelpful with my request and while I was on the phone I mentioned their names and their roles as well as how they acted. I was told I would be hearing back from them, but never did. This was over a month ago. Honestly, if corporate can't even do their job then what should I expect? Nothing is going to change so I would absolutely never recommend anybody to ever shop at Sephora, especially this location. Also after reading other reviews and seeing Sephoras responses they seem so uninterested in what people are saying. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and I hope I can convince you to as well. There's many other places with employees and customer service that are not complete airheads. read more

Thanks so much to Olivia, the best Sephora beauty professional in this store! I mean, don't get me wrong, everyone in the store is nice and helpful but Olivia is amazing! She's so knowledgeable, professional and kind. I look for Olivia every time I shop here because I know that I'll go home with one or two spontaneous purchases that I will love. When she recommends something to me, it never has a chance to gather dust sitting on my counter or in a drawer. I use it up and return for more. Her latest recommendation was Refy tinted brow gel in dark brown. It saves me between 30 minutes and an hour everyday. Thanks Olivia for encouraging me to purchase this. Shoutout to the stellar team at this Sephora's location, specifically Francisco who spent probably close to 2 hours helping me figure out the perfect look! I don't wear much makeup, mostly beacuse I'm not confident in my makeup application skills. But I've got a special event coming up, and I also decided it was time to at least get the staples so that I can get better at applying and understanding makeup and hopefully gain some confidence. Sephora has always intimidated me because of how little I know about the brands and what each product does (and how to apply it!). So I did some planning ahead and watched a YouTube video and made my wishlist on the Sephora app. Once I entered the store, I was once again overwhelmed, trying to figure out how I'd find all the products I'd saved. Francisco asked if I needed any help, and I'm so glad I said yes! He helped me find what I was looking for, a foundation that didn't actually have a tint that matched my skin tone. So then he worked with me to find a perfect match. I ended up purchasing a makeup tutorial because I truly have no idea what I'm doing. Francisco was so patient and worked on one side of my face, and had me do the other side based on what he instructed. I learned how to apply primer, foundation, blush, bronzer, setting powder, etc. It was such a helpful lesson, and I'm now excited to practice at home. I highly recommend going to Francisco if you're looking to get your makeup done or do a lesson! I appreciate how Francisco took the time to find the perfect products based on what I communicated. He also gave great instructions during our tutorial. It is clear he has expertise on both skin health and makeup. And once again, he was so patient and no question of mine was treated as silly. The employees at the store are very profiling. They follow you around just watching you and act like they're just checking to see if you need help. They make you feel unwanted and unwelcome as soon as you walk thru the door!! One even pulled a mirror right next to me and my mom and was watching us thru the pallet. Like cmon ? My favorite Sephora in town. This store is always clean, well stocked and very inviting. They have such excellent customer service. They are pros at what they do! Do not heistate to ask because the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They've helped me color-match foundations, looked for similar products I've seen online and opened my eyes to brands that I would have never thought would work out for me. Today's visit, I had to return an item that was suggested to me by a staff from the other Sephora store. The return process was such a breeze. The highlight if this store, in my opinion, is the big wall of Jo Malone perfume section at the back of the store. I love this brand and they are the only ones that carry this in town. read more

This location is sketch. Based on other reviews it sounds like they have a theft problem and on top of that, it seems like they reshelve returns. I bought a Caudalie cream here and when I got home and opened it, it was half empty and had been refilled with a mystery cream that was sparkly and had a foul smell. Clearly this was not a Caudalie product. I've been VIB rouge since the program began and had never had an experience like this at any other location. I went to a different sephora to process an exchange and will not be returning to this location. read more

The employees at this Sephora have the biggest attitudes as soon as you walk in. They stared at my mom and I as we walked around the store looking for fragrances. Before leaving we didn't know where to put the basket since we didn't buy anything and one of the employees snatched it from my moms hands. IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE, they WILL racially profile you and follow you around the store as soon as you walk in. Almost two hours til close I had three girls walk up to me literally back to back as if they didn't fucking know I already had someone ask me for "help" like they did. They watched me the whole time standing at the front of the store while I swatched colors and I had a negative feeling the entire time around them. It did not feel friendly tbh. Mind you there were two other white girls walking around doing their thing and maybe another white couple about to leave. Nobody harassing them multiples times while they're browsing around. The only lady that genuinely assisted me was the dark haired girl with glasses. She was very sweet. I apologize for forgetting her name. However, The other three associates kept hovering me as if I was about to steal. The MOMENT I walked into the store. I came to test colors that suited my skin before buying and they were the only Sephora stocked with what I was looking for at the moment. I probably will not come back to this store ever again. This store deserves no stars. So today I took my mother in to this store, it's the closest one to my house and she's been begging me to go for the past week or so. So, finally we were in the area and I said "fine". Now a bit of a back story; my mother can not drive due to multiple surgeries, she just completed her last session of chemo and radiation back in December, though she's having a few surgeries here and there she's all ecstatic about leaving the house (because you know chemo reduces your immune system, covid happening, you get it). She wanted something to make her feel better, make her look pretty. Right away, I get attacked because I'm a guy going into a makeup store and I get told at the door "just so you know we're closing in 20 minutes, so it needs to be quick and all the guy stuff we have is by the left wall" I think to myself "wow, thanks for assuming but I'm also with my mother. And you're closing in 20 minutes? It's 4:18 such an odd time to close down especially because google said 7" I immediately checked when she said that. I brushed it off but my mother already extremely self conscious with her pale skin, and her shaven head wrapped in a scarf tells me it's fine, we can leave. I said f*^k no. They didn't have what she wanted at the end, it was a specific makeup palette. While we were hurried to look at everything we come up on this too faced makeup palette display that is closed and she wanted to look at the colors on the inside so she picks it up and opens it. This GIRL comes over and has the damn nerve to snatch it out of her hands and says "if you need to sample something let us know but you can't touch anything in here". First of all, not ONE person asked us if we needed help, secondly not ONE person told us we couldn't touch anything. Thirdly, there were 3 girls just watching us in the store and I can see it in their eyes saying "just leave already", not one person asked us anything or even talked about any kind of service. I was so upset that I wanted to cry, not because I was angry but because I was being empathetic to my mother. Does not matter who walks into your store people come from all walks of life. This experience was appalling. Me writing this does not do the experience justice. I've come into this store before for some skin products, I will say that I will never step foot in this store again or possibly even another Sephora. I waited about 8 hrs before writing this because I wanted to see if I'd calm down and NOPE I still feel the same way, replaying everything that occurred. No. That was unacceptable. You ever wish you were the CEO of a company and walked in to see how your lower employees were at the front of the company?
