The store clerk was incredibly rude to my teenage daughter and her friend. They were looking around and the clerk asked if they were going to buy something and they said "maybe", she asked two more times with in a minute of them looking, and the third time they said they were just looking and she told them to "go" if they weren't going to buy anything. She kicked them out of the store within a few minutes of them going into the store because they were "just looking". So absolutely rude and I will never ever buy anything from them nor recommend the store to anyone I know. My daughter is a very polite person and isn't a threat, so I don't get why the clerk would be so upset. read more

If I could rate this a 0 or -100 I would. I was never told items could not be refunded, but only exchanged. Which is on my part too whatever but when I tried to exchange it, the lady was rushing me telling me to hurry and smell the other perfumes so that she could help someone else. I told her she can attend to them first, but she just complained. I went to the guy for help instead but she eventually came over and told me to hurry so they could go eat. I said fine I'll come back another day, just give me back my original item that you took. She complained about that too. Ugh how mean, made my Christmas shopping a pain. read more

I've bought cologne from these people before. Seemed like they were trying to sell me stuff I didn't want. Well yesterday I stopped by again looking at some cologne and the lady was too lazy to get up and help me. Seemed like she was focused on watching TV. Yah the prices are a little cheaper than Macy's but, if you're too lazy to get off your ass and make a sale then I don't want to buy anything from you. Felt like I was wasting her time for wanting to buy something. It was more like I wasted my time for stopping by. The good thing is that it made me check on prices online and it's way cheaper there. Stopped in yesterday to see if they had a discontinued scent that I enjoyed, in fact they did! I asked the gentleman behind the counter to help me but it seems he did not understand me. A lady from the back came out, picked up the perfume that I wanted and told me it was $84 according to the label on the bottom. That's a great price so I told her I would take two. After I did that she called someone on the phone and spoke in her native language. All of the sudden, the price per bottle was now $180. This is a terrible business practice, she already told me the price and it was labeled as such on the box. I did not buy it and I will never go back there. read more

My Dolce & Gabbana (The One) was perfect. There were no issues with authenticity from what my nose can tell lol. The fragrance is also long lasting. The service was good and the lady behind the counter was very accommodating with all of my requests. Just a few feat away in Macy's this particular parfum would be almost double in cost. I have been going there for quite a few years. They always have the scent I want & for 2 bottles it is cheaper than 1 bottle everywhere else. There are some designer perfumes they have that are expensive but still cheaper than other retail stores & for whatever reason there are some scents they don't carry. I have never found them to be rude, inattentive, or applying pressure to purchase other items & I will continue to patronize them. I am totally satisfied with them. read more

This is an old review that I didn't post, but the owner still disgusts me. Horrible!! The manager disgusts me. He has a nasty mean-mug at all times. The kicker is when we walked by and decided to smell some fragrances. They had a glass jar with coffee beans to clear the previous smell. My friend reached in and the jar lid had not been placed on correctly so it fell and shattered on her foot. She was wearing flip-flops and had a bruise from the lid. We picked up the pieces as the guy ran over yelling at us. We explained what happened, thinking he would apologize, and went to hand him the pieces and he literally slapped my hand away and told me we needed to pay for the jar. I became furious and told him he was lucky if we didn't sue him and that it wasn't smart to have glass like that had it been a child's foot. He called me a "stupid b**ch" and told me to leave. I made a report with security and the mall executives. Had I had more energy to waste I might have proceeded with a small lawsuit for principles sake. read more
