Some new, some antique, some classic, some quirky. The owner/manager/employee that was on shift was super pleasant and welcoming. She engaged in conversation and made us feel welcome. The shop is kind of tucked away in a center that you wouldn't really expect to find it in. I hope they do well in the future and are able to get the word out about the store. I was contacted by someone at this local Bob's via text message the very next day that they could deliver an even earlier date but I replied back that unfortunately that wouldn't work for us. I never got a reply back. Today was supposed to be the originally scheduled delivery day. I never got an email yesterday with my delivery window and couldn't track the order today on their website to see where it was on the truck (as I should have been able to). I called Bob's customer service and come to find out, it was never loaded on the truck. Apparently my order came in but was determined to be "broken" but they never bothered to notify me! The product is now back ordered another 8 weeks! I cancelled appointments and made sure I had today off work for a delivery that was supposed to happen and now isn't because someone dropped the ball and didn't bother to tell me there was an issue with the order. Poor communication and lousy customer care by Bob's. I do not recommended this company after my experience.
