We got samples about a year ago, and we decided to call her and talk with her about her options and pricing. She wasn't available when I called, but the nice young lady who answered gave us a quick rundown. Cool, no problem. It was helpful. She even took down my number and said Jessica would call us back with more information. To her point, she did. She was, as far as I could tell, very nice and helpful. We discussed a few things about customization, and she said that would be no problem. I said great. She then said she would need to reach out to someone she knew about the customization, and she would call me back by the middle of the following week. That conversation was on 7/31/2026. She said if I didn't hear from Her by the middle of that week. To call her back. I gave her that entire week because I understand she has a business and can get busy. I'm not her only potential client. Makes sense. So I called on 8/10/2026. Which was a Monday. But they were closed on that day. Which is fine. No big deal. I then called on 8/11/2026 which was Tuesday, twice. I left a message. No response or call back. Maybe she didn't want to work with my husband and me. That's okay. The product she makes seems very appealing and nice. It was the best one we saw from the other business we had checked out. But I guess we will have to go with one of them since they haven't reached back out and won't answer the phone. So if you're local, you can swing by and probably, maybe, have a good experience. But we didn't. Just be careful. I wished it worked out because we really want to work with her. But oh well.

There are items from all the Scandinavian Countries! Scandinavia includes Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland! There are lots of knitted handmade items reasonably priced. I also fell in love with all the import items. I purchased Lingonberries and a Dahlahast coffee cup from Sweden! Pia informed me that she will be getting in more items as we get closer to Christmas! Hoping she will be stocking Swedish Marabou Chocolate!! Pia also had homemade Scandinavian bakery items and has an order list if you would like to order some Scandinavian cookies or baked items. She had samples of some baked goods on hand. I am now really upset that I didn't purchase some Swedish Lace cookies. I did end up ordering a knitted infant Viking Helmut Cap from her! Last week I (a visibly black/poc man) went into the store just to browse around for a gift and at first saw another customer who I thought was the worker. As I walked further into the store this customer left and that's when the worker and I both noticed each other. She was playing some good music at first that I really liked so I noticed when the next song started playing but abruptly stopped. The music cut off only to be replaced by LOUD chimp and monkey noises. At first I was shocked and thought maybe it was a mobile game or a ringtone but the ape noises continued to play for AT LEAST 30 seconds plus there was a distinct pause in the music followed by the sounds. I finally looked back at the employee and when I turned back around the sounds stopped playing after a few seconds only for them to be replaced by music. I walked around the store some more because i genuinely could not register what happened and was trying to make sense of the situation. As I circled around the store though I realized that the noises were STILL playing just very faintly to which they only stopped when I looked back at the worker again. I left the store after telling my friends and partner about it over the phone, but could not focus on anything else because I was just so disgusted and angry. I'm sure no one will get in trouble because people like that tend to stick together but I just had to leave a complaint because it has continued to bother me even after several days. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but the fact that it played for so long and multiple times leads me to believe it was purposeful, not a badly timed ringtone or game.

Larissa sent me so many paper options, colors, fonts, and sample invites, and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. Our wedding was in January and we sent out our invitations in November, and we are still getting compliments on the design! Many guests have said it's the most creative and imaginative invitation they have ever received, and that makes me feel good. I think a lot of guests assumed we designed them ourselves, and I always tell them there is an artist in northern California who created and designed them. We just gave her the info needed and she made them into such a memorable souvenir for our vintage movie-themed wedding. One of our guests made us a shadowbox of our complete invitation and it's one of our most treasured wedding gifts (it's up on the wall of our living room so everyone who comes over can see it). This experience was extremely disappointing, particularly because it involved a young child spending her own money. I cannot recommend this store and will not be returning.
