Stationary is my weakness. As a creative and a writer, I like the pretty things that I can personalize. The Stylish Scribe offers that. And the invitations are very artistic! This company also hosts special events from time to time. Inviting the community the opportunity to be creative or just shop!

I fell in love with this shop before I walked in the door! It had popped up sometime ago, in my Yelp and I was super excited to find a stationary store. Reminds me of back in the day getting excited to go to Sanrio and other stationary stores in my old hometown. I tried going once, but seemed to have missed them on a day they close earlier than others. So upon learning of a holiday sip and shop, I made sure to keep my calendar semi-clear to check it out. There was ample street parking and a sign on the curb to invite guests in. Before walking in there was a cute Letter for Santa mailbox. I walked in and felt like I walked into a Christmas snow globe- full of merchandise, stationary, and just everything really pretty. Each section was so well organized. The hardest part for me was narrowing down what I wanted to buy! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, invited to grab a drink and snack in the back, and there was another local business with merchandise as well. Feather- who works on skin care services and a boutique, had great items and accessories as well! Upon listening and learning online, invitations for special events and weddings are created here. In addition to the endless supply of cute office supplies, and other fun accessories. I think this is a great shop when trying to find a special gift for someone for any occasion, there were endless options to choose from. The owner stated she's hoping to do another one next month- so I will definitely keep an eye out for that to come out with even more goodies for Holiday gifts!

After a friend of mine gifted me something from this store and told me it was local, I had to see it for myself. When I walked in I wanted one of everything. This store is a classy, grown up version of Lisa Frank on steroids. Seriously all of their stuff is awesome. You can't just leave with one item. I love the fact that they can customize invitations, cards, save the dates, note pads, cards and yard signs. I'm sure there's more they can do I just haven't discovered it yet. I can't wait for my customized notepad and card sets to arrive.

I really like this shop! I went with a friend to their Holiday Shopping Night. It was so much more than I expected. They had really cute Holiday Cards, wrapping supplies and really cute easy to shop gift boxes made up. I never knew how much stationary items I actually want and use. I got some Holiday things, but my Favorite purchase was a beautiful floral print Pad Folio. It has a clip board on the outside and opens up to a really nice paper and folder space. I also got a journal and a nice set of pens all for less than $40!! I highly recommend stopping in you will be surprised by how cute and practical everything is.

I did not know where to get my invitations. Online scared me because I had no idea if tge quality would be any good. Saw Jessica's review and went for it. The quality of the material is amazing I love it. and she is really understanding!

Family and friends loved our wedding invites! Very creative, and detailed! Went perfect with our nautical theme on a yacht!

I also loved that Jessica was willing to produce two separate versions, one in Enlish and one in Portuguese.

The class size was perfect for this activity, allowing for the teacher to adequately share instructions, demonstrate the process, and work one-on-one with students as needed. The instructions were organized on a print out with all the materials and supplies needed to replicate the activity at home and referenced during the instruction portion of the class. The materials for the class were well-maintained and organized at each place setting for each student. I've taken other art classes elsewhere and I felt like this was a step above with regard to organization, instruction, and take away materials. I loved the experience so much that I'm going to take another class in October, and this time I'm bringing a friend! In addition to the art classes and studio, Copper Cat also has a delightful little art/gift shop with items made from the artists in studio. Most are in the front shop, but some pieces are scattered throughout. Take your time looking at all the wonderful pieces... so many great art gems for sale at very affordable prices. This little shop is now on my go-to for gift shopping.

My super-fun SIL and I love to get crafty together, so by sheer luck (or fate, if you will) I happened upon a Super Sunday promo and booked us both for a belated Galentine's night out! First, let me say that boss lady Sydney is absolutely the life of the party! She graciously accommodated a customization request for SIL and both our projects came out great! The workshops are quick, unique, and extra fun thanks to sassy Sydney! If you've been there, done that to the canvas paint & sip places, switch it up and come get hammered at Hammer & Stain!

I was terrified the whole time that my piece would turn out awful! But the staff walks you through it and makes sure that you're doing everything correctly. I liked seeing how differently everyone's piece turned out. Thats what set it apart from other activities like a paint and sip. You're able to personalize it, so no one walks out with the same picture. You also can use power tools! What's more fun than that!? The staff was so friendly even when our group got a little rowdy. They helped me figure out color schemes and even brought out the glitter! Definitely want to go again.

I got a Groupon and the reviews were mixed. It seems like if you are lucky enough to get the right workshop/teacher/materials, it's great! But that doesn't always happen. So I sorta knew I was taking my chances but I do not think it should be that way! I booked online and the email says- You're all set! But I called a couple hours ahead of time to confirm. No one called me back so I had my suspicions as I headed over that maybe the class would be a bust. There's a sign on the door to knock and/or call...i did both, to no avail. Left another message. I waited for like 15 minutes (I really wanted to make the mosaic!!) and then left. A week later, I am still left wondering. Groupon refunded me so that part worked out but I would have been extra mad if I were trying to get my money back from this business that ghosted me. So you're definitely taking your chances if you do! Sad. I wanted the lucky great workshop experience.

My partner & I had a Groupon and set an appointment up for September 23rd at 1:00pm. We arrived at…read more12:45 and were greeted by a "Be back at 2:00" sign on the door. I called several times, no answer. We held onto hope and waited 25 minutes for an employee to show up. Eventually, someone did -- but the reason? Her boss asked her to pick something up. So this lady completely forgot about our appointment and then proceeded to laugh about the irony of her boss reminding her to check online for any appointments prior to this happening. She seemed indifferent overall. The process of making a mosaic is really fun and tedious. That part was great! Only do the 8x8 mosaic workshop if you're okay with figuring it out yourself; the employee there did not guide us at all, despite knowing it was our first time. Once we were finished, she told us that they would need to fill in the gaps with grout and that we would receive a call sometime throughout the week if we were unable to pick up the finished pieces the immediate following day. A week goes by and no calls were received. Shocker, really. Today (October 1st) at around 2:30pm, we called to ask if we could pick up our finished pieces. The same employee from last week answered the phone and told us, "yes," we could, they just "close at 3." We told her it'll only take 15 minutes to get there, which she sounded okay with. We arrive at 2:45pm and catch the lady running back inside, as though she was just in the process of leaving. Which we confirmed to be the case, as she handed our pieces off to us and talked about how she was "leaving early" and we "got here at the just the right time." At this point, I am dumbfounded with how awful this employee is. She hears that a customer is coming to pick up their piece before closing and her instant thought is to leave early/before the customer arrives? As for the cherry on top, the grout looks terrible. There's so many holes. I felt like my contribution to the piece (the glass placement) was done well, but if I had known the employees were going to be careless about it.. I would have done it myself. I am pretty unhappy with the way it turned out and it's not because of my own doing. This place has potential to be great. I feel bad leaving a review like this, but something has to be said. Please do not go here if you're looking for a good glass art experience -- I promise you, this is not it.
