During the move, I had serious concerns about missing property and items being damaged. Even more disturbing, women involved in the move experienced behavior and comments that I considered inappropriate and sexually harassing. This made an already stressful moving experience feel uncomfortable and unsafe. A moving company is trusted with people's homes, personal belongings, and the safety of everyone present. Customers should be treated professionally and respectfully, and their property should be handled with care. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to document their belongings before and after the move, keep records of all communications, and immediately report any inappropriate conduct or missing or damaged property. This review reflects my personal experience and observations.

In our younger days we would have moved it ourselves, But we're in our 60's now and thought we should hire someone to move it for us especially since it had to be tipped back pretty far to get it out of the front garage. I spoke to David to set up the move. He and I agreed to a price and a couple of other items that I wanted moved. We set a day and time. He called me the day before to confirm the day and time. Then on the day we'd agreed to he called early and asked if he could send his guys over early to move the Vino Temp. I agreed to have them come over early. The guys moved the Veno Temp, a couch and chair very quickly and efficiently. They did a great job!! I highly recommend using them. Very professional and personable as well! I will use them in the future if we have any moving needs.

They were all very kind and professional and you could tell that even though they were working hard doing something not many enjoy doing, they made the most of it and had fun with it. It is always a hit and miss when you open up a truck after driving it almost 1000 miles but when I opened the truck up at the end of my trip, everything was still exactly where they placed it! I made sure I had plenty of blankets, plastic wrap, ratchet straps, etc so that they were not short anything and they used a lot of what I had there which I was thankful for. Will for sure use them again when and if we have anything else to move around.

From the moment we reached out--less than 24 hours before the move!--Joshua (the owner) was super responsive, detailed, and professional via text, even while juggling another job. His communication made it an easy "yes" for us. Joshua and his awesome helper, Alex, showed up early on a Sunday morning, bright and ready to go. Joshua brought all the paperwork and immediately did a walk-through to understand exactly what we needed. That attention to detail set the tone for getting started. Together with our small crew, Joshua and Alex helped unload a 26-ft U-Haul packed to the roof--and they made it look effortless. They worked hard, stayed upbeat, and kept everything organized and safe. While unloading and chatting, we learned Joshua just launched this company 7 months ago, and let me say--you would never guess it. These guys run like seasoned pros. Bottom line: If you need moving helpers, hire Simple Movers. A million percent recommend.
