Upgraded from iPhone 10 to iPhone 14. I forget his name but the manager with the big beard was very helpful when he helped me order it in the store. Harley, was who I worked with the most once the phone shipped in. He was very patient, helpful, friendly and a good worker. He went the extra mile when he helped me get squared away for a refund when I returned some of the accessories. Was also happy to explain a lot of their accessories to me or how the refunds work. I'm extremely frustrated with what I was lied to about. It's a long story that has cost my family an extra $200 per month for the last two years. We just found out that Verizon did receive our old phones but we were not eligible for what we were told we were eligible for. When we checked on it multiple times we were told that Verizon did not receive our phones and that they were not shipped correctly, funny thing is, the store shipped them, not us. Disappointing that we were not informed correctly. I have no problem changing my review if someone from the store wants to be honest and make it right. We have pretty much all the large cell phone services from time to time. We live in an area next to the mountains and our service is so poor. We decided to try Verizon because my long time friend uses them and says they are the best. She lives around the corner from me. We came into the store before 8pm started working with a new employee Isaac who was very eager to help us. We were converting 4 phones over and a iPad. Lots of detailed work so Shawn the manager took over. I guess we came at the right time of the year because they were offering so many different offers and we qualified for all of them. Shawn was just the most pleasant person to work with. Very patient and knowledgeable. I can't wait to see the results of my new phone. Especially the camera! read more

Went in to drop off my phone after making a switch and waited 40 minutes, after telling them I just needed to drop it off. They said they would need to "process things" and finally once they wrapped up with the other customers he just wrote down my number and said he would reach out if there were any issues... why didn't he just do that to start? Poor service. We canceled our order and went to the Apple Store instead. It was a huge waste of time. The representative said just because they sell it online for 1 hour pick up that doesn't mean they have it in stock. What?!?!? Find better prices and service and Best Buy or the Apple store. read more

So just got back from upgrading 2 phones, with minimal problems. In fact we came to this store because we were ignored at another non-Victra Verizon outlet. Shawn was great, explained everything helped us make buying decision with detailed explanations of phones/payment plans etc. We ended up actually saving money by upgrading our plan (go figure). Andrew was also helpful, but quite ugly and Clark had very pointy hair. My wife went in to upgrade her new phone, and the MANAGER shawn was insulting her and saying she was dumb and wasting his time for asking about extra/hidden fees. Tells he about the ipad promotion and lied then continued to lie and tell her it would only be 11$ a month and wouldnt tell her about the $20 service fee we found out about the next day. Insulted her intelligence, and said if she breaks her phone that sucks to suck and he wont fix it because she didnt want to purchase the extra warranty. Horrible customer service and I hope this manager is fired or reprimanded at the least for his horrible and not appropriate sales behavior. Absolutely amazing! The guys at the Pleasant Grove location were phenomenal and were willing to accommodate me. I have medical issues that prevents me from wearing a mask or any face covering, and these guys were gracious, understanding, and very willing to work with me despite the mask issue. I switched my carrier plan to Verizon, and it's because of these guys that I went through with it. I went to another location earlier and the solutions manager at an Orem, UT location was mean, confrontational, and refused me access to the building even though they have to under the Civil Rights Act. He even admitted what he was doing was illegal, and when my sister and I called him out on it, he turned nasty. If you have health issues, or just want to deal with kind and amazing employees, go to the Pleasant Grove location! They'll help you no matter what you've got going on in your life. read more
